1 /5 Lexi Chouvalis: I have been shopping at garage for years. I would say I’m a pretty loyal customer and spend a good amount of money here. I moved to Tampa a little less than a year ago- this store has to be the worst location I’ve visited out of all of them. The girls who work at the front are so rude and unwelcoming, it’s like why do you even work here..? Today I went to return something and it was as if the girl checking me out had a quick switch of mood when she found out I was doing a return and not a purchase. The attitude was so unprofessional and rude and I’m not the only one who noticed it. I vividly remember a time I tried to pay in cash and they gave me a hard time about breaking change despite there being no sign saying that the store is cashless? The store is basically comparable to a sorority or even high school. Maybe hire people who actually want to be there and can treat customers with respect.
