1 /5 Jenny Lee: I had a very disappointing experience with Employee #2547686 at your store. She was extremely rude and unhelpful during a return I attempted to make at the front registers.
I brought in a return along with the original receipt. The barcode was slightly smudged due to a rain drop, but all other information….transaction number, receipt number, item details, are clearly visible. There was even a secondary barcode on the receipt, but she dismissed it immediately and told me she couldn’t scan it. She laughed in my face and didn’t make any effort to look for alternative ways to process the return.
Instead of offering proper assistance, she issued me a store credit gift card, which I explicitly did not want. This was a business purchase, and I kept the receipt specifically to ensure a full refund, not store credit. Now I’m stuck with credit at a store I no longer wish to shop at due to this experience.
I believe this situation could have been handled much better, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Employees handling customer returns, especially at the front of the store should be properly trained and respectful, not dismissive or rude.
