T.J. Maxx - St. Petersburg (FL)

5 /5 RE LargoFL: This is one of the largest locations around here and they have a ton of stuff. I always love T. J. Maxx for home decor, seasonal items and clothing. This particular store does not disappoint!

3 /5 Gyan Penrose-Kafka: A decent experience. Like all TJ Maxx stores, you never know what you will find. Its a treasure hunt. I dont particularly like it, but my wife loves looking for a great bargain. Fortunately she doesnt buy stuff just because its a good deal, but she enjoys the experience.

5 /5 Jhosue Garcia: Katherine S. "Kathy" is an asset to your team. She went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. I didn’t just get a smile, I even got a high five for picking up the exact item my wife sent me for.

1 /5 Aubree Boyer: I normally have a great experience with customer service here! I am so disappointed in how I was treated earlier tonight by Michelle! My husband was checking out and while I was waiting on him I decided to look at purses, since they are right next to the exit. At 9:25pm Michelle walked over and was eagerly trying to get me to leave the store. As someone who comes in their weekly and spends hundreds of dollars I don’t appreciate being talked to or treated the way that I was. After telling my husband what had happened and pointing out, who Michelle was, he told me she had come up to him at 9:00pm and told him that we’re getting ready to close while he was looking at clothes. I don’t feel that Michelle should work here if she’s pushing out customers 30 minutes before the store is supposed to close. Maybe she should switch to an opening shift if she is concerned on how late she’s getting home. Once again, I am just overall disappointed and shocked at someone pushing out customers with no shame.

5 /5 Katie Los: tjmaxx on 66th st north, st. petersburg knows what customer service is all about. i am sure i was the challenge of the day! forgetting my credit card, needing assistance with the forgot your card scan, asking for personal advice on a purchase! as well as exchanging an item at the same time and then putting another item on hold for me was all handled with patience, understanding, calm, efficiency and kindness. angelica, victoria and then later, jaiden all made me feel like an important customer. thank you, they made my day!
