5 /5 Duffie Barnett: I took my grand daughter into Rue 21 today to shop for her birthday and was very sweetly approached by an employee named Kevin if I recall correctly. He was a breath of fresh air in a world that is so negative these days. I just wanted him to know that he put a smile on our faces and happiness in our hearts just by being himself. Thank you Kevin, keep up the great work. Oh and thanks for selling me Icon, I hated when Etc was discontinued but am happy that Icon smells the same.

1 /5 peri smith: Came in Wednesday afternoon just to look you know. Ended up finding some skirts and a shirt and went to checkout. Our cashier was absolutely horrible. He had such an attitude and just acted like he didn’t want to be there at all. Acted as if we were a burden coming in and shopping. Definitely will not be coming back.

1 /5 Lakai Smith-Petties: I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism I received from Joanne and her Manager whom she was on the phone with to discuss why she wouldnt honor the sign and price that was up that read 2 for $20 , not stating any items specifically. She was rude and definitely in The wrong line of work!
