1 /5 Vcobey73: We went in to find a dress for my daughter’s formal and found one we liked, but needed a size smaller. The staff informed us that the cashier could place an order and have it shipped to our home, so we proceeded with that. Unfortunately, I had to repeat the size five times before the cashier completed the order. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure delivery within 7 days.
When I received the receipt, it didn’t specify the size. Shortly after, I got an email confirming that the wrong size had been ordered. I tried calling the number on the receipt, only to find that customer service only responds via text. When I reached out, they told me nothing could be done since the order had already been placed. I explained the situation, but they were neither apologetic nor helpful.
Their solution? I’d have to place a new order, pay for expedited shipping again, and return the incorrect dress once it arrived—meaning I’d be out the $24 I already spent on shipping due to their mistake. How does that make any sense?
I do not recommend this store or company. They’ve clearly lost sight of what customer service should be.
