1 /5 Sadie Clark: The employees are extremely rude and dont know what they are doing. they didnt put a purple tag and told me i couldnt return something that was returnable. stole $160 from me. dont recommend.

1 /5 Chloe Dobson: Just bought a $13 necklace just for the clasp mechanism to not open and the necklace literally fell apart in my hands. They have a no return policy on the necklace. Absolutely ridiculous to charge $13 for a necklace that wont open and will fall apart in your hands in the parking lot. Don’t not go.

1 /5 J C: We came in at 7:30 pm and the first thing the 2 girls tell us is they close in 2 minutes. Even though the whole mall closes at 8, I honestly should put a complaint to the mall

1 /5 Kimberly Lawlis: Seems like every time I come into this store I can never get help. I was in for 30 minutes with an arm full of things wanting to try on and no one to help. I eventually just put everything back. Not worth spending my money!

5 /5 Bibiana Diaz: Ive been here a handful of times and every visit the service is unmatched. From the moment I walk into the store, the warm greeting, assistance, suggestions and overall shopping experience is top tier. Yesterday I was super indecisive about which heels to purchase with my dress and the associate was very helpful, offering her genuine opinion and patience. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. I came in today and Tia took care of me. Shes amazing! Her energy and enthusiasm is awesome. Definitely coming back, they make it so easy to feel welcomed :)
