I was way overdue for this; I hadn’t been there in over a year, so I thought I would be reprimanded for not properly taking care of my teeth.. However, Ximena greeted me with a smile and was very professional. I ask her on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being 100% gentle, how gentle she was. She said she was a 10 and that some of her patients fell asleep when she cleaned their teeth. I was skeptical, but she wasn’t kidding!! She talked throughout the procedure saying one, two, three, here’s some pressure. But I felt NOTHING! She had put some numbing gel on my gums. She also kept telling me what a great job I did taking care of my teeth and that whatever I was doing to continue doing it. It was seriously the BEST dental cleaning I’ve ever had in my 70 years of life! Ximena was so sweet, so kind and so gentle!! I will insist on having her for my future dental cleanings.

Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics - Jacksonville Billy Dunn: I had the best experience with Greenberg dental!! They put in 4 new crowns and the whole process went great. I had to go back this morning because of a possible infection and they handled it very professionally and immediately started a dose of antibiotics! This is the only dentist office I will ever deal with. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The whole staff is great! Very happy with the outcome of the procedure

Every visit with Dr. Rocha is enjoyable and appointments run smoothly. She is kind, informative and has great bedside manner. She doesnt push treatments and allows you to have a say in your treatment plan. Her dental hygienist gives one of the best cleanings I have ever had. Highly recommend!
