5 /5 Jillian Hammond: Very nice and professional office! Brought my infant for a tongue tie, Dr Lastres found that he also had a significant lip tie and took care of both on the same day. She was very clear in explaining the complications of these conditions, what the treatment was, and what to expect after. I was allowed to be in the room for the procedure and that was very reassuring for me. Truly appreciate how kind everyone in the office was and also the environment was very kid friendly!

We took our newborn daughter for a tongue and lip tie evaluation, she was very thorough with the evaluation and educating us on her findings, she never pressured us to go through with the procedure but educated us on the benefits if we decided to do so. The whole staff is very kind and welcoming, wonderful experience!!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the patience, kindness, and compassion they showed my 14-year-old during her procedure. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about her experience. Dr. Lastres and her assistants were incredible. By the time we left, they felt like friends! My daughter was so relaxed during the procedure that she was even moving her feet to the music and clapping her hands. It was honestly amazing to see how calm and at ease they made her feel. I never imagined a dentist appointment could be so pleasant, especially when it involves a procedure. I truly appreciate the time and care they took to ensure my daughter’s comfort. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier and even enjoyable. I can’t recommend Dr. Lazarides and her team enough for anyone who is looking for a compassionate and understanding dental office!
