1 /5 Marta Suarez: My advice: always follow your gut feeling. I had a deeply disappointing and misleading experience at this dental office. I went in for a long-overdue annual checkup and was told I needed a deep cleaning (which I expected). However, I was also told I had an infection in my gums despite emphasizing I had no symptoms like bleeding, bad breath, or swelling and was told I needed local antibiotics (14 vials at $48 each). On top of that, they claimed I had four cavities and quoted me $1,500 for the treatment.
To make matters worse, they did an Invisalign evaluation on me, which I did not request and had no reason to consider. The whole visit felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine consultation.
Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion. The other dentist confirmed I needed a deep cleaning—but said there were no signs of infections or cavities. The deep cleaning cost $190.
Its so disheartening to see some professionals prioritize profit over patient care. I will never return to this office, nor recommend it and I strongly urge others to be cautious. I wish I could give it zero stars. Beware of dentists who are more focused on becoming richer than your wellbeing.
