From the moment I walked in, the office manager Laura greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile that immediately put me at ease. She was so kind and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of even before I sat in the chair.
Dr. Fernandez was exceptional—caring, gentle, and constantly checking in to ensure I was okay throughout the entire procedure. Her calm and compassionate approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable.
Her assistant was equally amazing, taking the time to explain everything step by step and making sure I understood the process. The teamwork and professionalism of everyone in the office were truly impressive.
