Anais Roman I found this salon very last minute and Rain was able to accommodate me and did a great job. This is my 3rd time getting my nails done and I won’t go anywhere else. Mrs Rain treats you like family and will make sure you like what you got and be 100% satisfied. I got my nails done last week and one of them fell off a couple of days ago and she fixed it at no charge. Today, I noticed a couple of my nails were lifting and she told me to come in and she fixed all of them at no charge. Wow. She offers amazing customer service and goes above and beyond. Mrs Rain, Mrs Kim and Ms Courtney are all so sweet and fun to be around. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Carl Behlen I scheduled an appointment for my wife for 1/7/2025 to get a pedicure done. I opted to give her their best package, however what she ended up getting looked like something I could’ve done myself. The owner was late so the shop couldn’t open on time, causing the appointment to run late. The technician was aggressively massaging to the point that she had to ask her to stop 3 times. Then after applying the selected nail polish very poorly, the technician never even applied a clear coat. She just got up, walked away and never came back. She was instructed to pay with someone else, so she paid and then left. The entire experience was miserable and this place shouldn’t be operating. $45 is a lot of money to spend on the poor quality work and treatment she received.

Robin Dowdy I have found a gem in Yulee! I’ve gotten services from Quincy twice now, and just brought my daughter in for a gel polish. Quincy did AMAZING! My daughter is so happy, and her nails look exactly as she wanted! Their entire staff is so friendly, and make us feel special and welcome. This is the only nail salon I will go to now!

Ward Michele (Mommiemuscle) Once again I’ve found a hidden gem. I was referred by a friend to see Kelly for my bodybuilding competition. Kelly made my nails look amazing and stage ready. She was professional and gentle with my hands. It’s been awhile since I’ve had my nails done and the last experience at a different salon was HORRIBLE. I’m so glad I found Kelly and crew at Blush. Anais Roman This is the 2nd time I come here. The first time I was pregnant and that was around April-May 2024. I wasn’t happy with the services and hadn’t come back since until today. I thought maybe they were having a bad day because their reviews are really good. Now I am wondering how they are getting those fake reviews. Today I came here to get a basic manicure, but what I cared most about was the tech cleaning my nails, trimming the extra skin, and pushing my cuticles back. However, all she did was take some of the extra skin off. She didn’t push back my cuticles nor did she clean under my nails. My nails were left like a mess and I left with blood all over my fingers. I asked the front lady at the counter if the manicure included pushing back the cuticles and she said yes, but it wasn’t necessary to do it all the time. Mind you, I care more about getting my nails clean than getting them painted and that was the main reason why I came here today and I emphasized that to the tech that took me. Never again!!!!

I’m a bit particular when it comes to my nails and it’s been so hard to find a really good nail tech who actually listens to customers without any complaints. Ben is Amazing!!! He took the time to do my manicure and pedicure. He did not rush at all, and he went beyond with how I wanted my nails done and he’s really nice and professional. Shakinna Dill My cousin and I went here to celebrate her birthday. It was a quiet little place. We were greeted as soon as we came in and directed to a kiosk to sign in. We were told to come back for an appointment within the hour. This worked perfectly as it gave us a reason to go grab lunch. When we came back we were guided to the spa/massage chairs. They then offered us drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, complete with leg and foot massage. Then on to my manicure. It turned out perfectly, but as soon as I grabbed my shoes I messed up one of my nails. They quickly fixed it at no extra charge and then applied and extra clear coat to all of my nails. When we went to check out, they surprised my cousin with a gift certificate for her birthday. We will definitely be back again. Totally worth the drive from Jacksonville.

Myeka Murphy I don’t typically write bad reviews. But, This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at the shop. The first time I went, they started my nails and left me to sit for two hours. I got tired of waiting, so I left the shop with unfinished nails. I thought it might have been a busy day or a fluke, but then I went in today, I asked for design, I know it was more complex so I let the nail tech know if she couldn’t do it, it was OK. She said she could so I trusted her. The first picture is the reference picture. The second picture is what I got. I will not be back.

Alayne Henley I don’t often get my nails done. But this was a lovely experience. I was taken as a walk-in and was treated to a hand massage at the end of the session. There was music that was nice; not overpowering as in other places. Overall very pleasant and of course they did a great job on my nails.

Nb Nb Lenni is so good at nails and so is his wife they are funny and they actually talk to you and start conversation like some other salons don’t do. i’ve been going to their salon for 5/6 maybe 7 years. and i will continue to go back. artwork is amazing, and they are all genuinely great and talented. also me and my mom are like besties with them.

The lady who did my pedicure was named Dee and she was AMAZING! Very meticulously and thorough. My pedicure was very relaxing and my feet feel amazing now. I didn’t catch the name of the nail tech doing my manicure, but he did a wonderful job as well. I got a dip manicure and it turned out beautiful. The staff here seems to really get along and enjoy their job. They provided a very fun and light-hearted environment. Great job and thank you Dreamie!!!

anikovacs4 Jayme is AMAZING! I have sensitive nails and am picky about who and how my nails get done. She doesnt layer it thick. Its like having real nails that give that good scratch and not dull tips. I always do neutral colors and extra for special occasions .

Cindy Maulsby Absolutely the worst manicure I have ever experienced in 20 years. Toenails and fingernails were cut very uneven and the french tips were thick and lumpy. Nail polish on my toes wasn’t fully covered and looked much worse than if I had attempted to do them myself. Very disappointed!!!!

Ashley Moen I usually love going here. However, I went in with my friend who just had a baby, and she just needed to get her nails done and relax. Yes, she brought the baby. It wasn’t during a busy hour and they kicked us out because her baby started crying for a bottle. We immediately gave him a bottle and they still kicked us out. This is very unprofessional and rude. Especially when a lot of their clients are moms. I will never go back

I requested a specific design but received an alternative that did not align with my preferences. The end result was unsatisfactory and did not justify the price point. While the salon employs seemingly talented staff, my confidence in the ability to rectify the issue was diminished. Although this was my individual experience, it is worth noting that there are many skilled nail technicians at the Nails Palace, so I suggest exploring your options and looking at the work for the nail artist when coming to this salon. ***Update, both charmes popped off when I got into bed.

Hannah Bedford Mimi and Andrew are the sweetest couple. Mimi does awesome nails with incredible designs, and Andrew does great pedicures. This is by far the best place in Yulee to go! Make sure you make an appointment though because they book up fast!

Autumn McFalls So its been a while since Ive been back to the salon I left before covid and it was a completely different experience I went in trying to see if I could get a design on my nails I was told yeah sure we can do it only for it to end up being wiped off three different times and me just being like just dont do it cuz it was going to look bad and I was going to be upset having it on my fingernails anyways. Then I got my eyebrows done and with the initial look at them they were fine but of course youre in a little bit of pain and stuff like that the longer I started them the more I figured out that she took way too much off on one of my eyebrows so now its off center Ive never had this ever happened before and maybe it was because she took a phone call while waxing me and didnt pay any attention to what she was doing if I can give this zero Stars I would I will never go back to this place.

Amelia Raine When getting my nails done I mentioned to the lady doing them that she was making the nail larger and wider than my nail bed themselves. I told her this would cause lifting easily and that I didnt like the look or shape. She dismissed me and sure enough my nails were lifting within a few days. I lost 2 and went in to have them repaired. I told the front desk what had happened and they told me they were too busy and asked if I wanted to go somewhere else. I let them know that I wanted them to repair them and fix their mistake. She again told me they were too busy.

Leora Driver I should known something was up when it was so empty but, it’s Tuesday and I have a rare day off & keep passing it when I’m here shopping. Pedicure jackpot! The good: it’s clean, the chairs actually work and give a great massage. They seemed to use sterilized instruments and the check-in was paperless. It is a quiet and relaxing environment. That’s it on good. I asked her not to use the grater and she seemed annoyed. Tried to use a smaller one and I politely declined again and she hugged. I should’ve got up right then. She dug and dug and cut and I flinched several times and told her it hurt. She apologized but went right back to the same spots with the little cuticle scissors so much that my toes were on fire with the alcohol spray after polishing. I have 2 toes actively bleeding (see photo) and tons of deep nicks in my skin near my toes that are burning. Avoid avoid avoid - don’t try this place even one time in my opinion. I sure wish it was a great place- I don’t get to treat myself often.

Patrick Smith Very nice nail salon. John did a wonderful job removing my wifes red healthy dip nails, and completed her light pink healthy nail dip with gel top coat. He speaks fluent English and they had an enjoyable conversation. She was even offered a soda, water, or a glass of wine! Nice pedicure area with massage chairs. Lots of colors to choose from. Clean and friendly and modern.

Nancy Fanelli My husband had an appointment today at 3:15 with Dr Harris for his nails to be trimmed and a diabetic foot check. He drove 45 minutes and arrived for his appointment 30 minutes early, only to be told Dr Harris was not there today. The girl at the desk informed my husband that she worked on the “spa” side and had no control over Dr. Harris’ schedule. She offered to take his information and give it to Dr Harris so another appointment could be scheduled. I DON’T THINK SO!!! How inconsiderate!!! You may want to call and check to see if Dr Harris is working on the day of your appointment(s), it may save you time and gas; both of which are very valuable these days.
