Nelly is the best , so sweet and professional she took me as a walk in with no problem. My hair is not easy to manage and 100% natural as you can see in the pictures and she straightened it with perfection no perm needed! Her salon is soo clean and spacious I love it here! Em’s Rap Kristina was my hair stylist today and I had never been there before and she was absolutely wonderful. She was cheerful, kind, and so helpful. She explained my cut all the way through and what would be helpful for my type of hair. She gave me the perfect cut for my style. I will definitely be going back and booking with Kristina. Melissa W. Maggie and Katy from Gloss Beauty Bar kept me entertained all while styling my hair and makeup better than I could have ever imagined. I gave them inspo and they did the rest, adjusting anything along the way if I preferred something differently. I opted to do a trial and loved their salon -- super cute and on trend. Maggie uses hair products from all different brands because shes privately owned and not controlled by a brand like many corporate salons are, so she has the best of the best in her arsenal and is prepared to work with YOUR skin and hair types. HIGHLY recommend, absolutely worth every penny and their prices are very reasonable to begin with. They did me (bride), my bridesmaids and my mom and we all LOVED our styles! Thank you SO MUCH Maggie and Katy for all the fun and hype you brought with your positive attitudes to get my wedding day started perfectly!

Jess Mccandless I do not have enough positive things to say about Danielle and what she has done. Having hair thinning/loss has impacted my self esteem in ways I can’t even describe. I went and had my eyebrows done at Moxie & for the first time in my life I’m able to go on a coffee run without being insecure about my appearance. I suffer from Lupus and Fibromyalgia and Lovely Kim customized my treatment with the perfect amount of pressure and attention. The Northern Lights and calming music sets the tone for Ultimate Relaxation! The scents that are used throughout the treatment is light and refreshing. The treatment table is warmed with plush blankets and a positioning pillow to relieve any lower back discomfort. Now let’s talk about the massage!!! The targeted pressure points that Kim located on my scalp brought chills all the way down to my toes! Absolutely the Best Spa experience I have ever had. If you have a chronic illness and suffer with pain, do yourself a favor and treat yourself and See Lovely Kim! She loves what she does and you can feel that within her touch. Her pressure was perfection and I had very little next day soreness which was amazing for someone with chronic pain. Kim, thank you for sharing your gifts and for transcending me to a beautiful state of ultimate relaxation! Customer for Life!

Did she eat.at.meal times,. yes! She is human! Did she do a great job, hell yes!!! Yesterday, me and my daughter had appointments to get our hair box braided with hair and that woman had us there from 11 am until after 1 am doing our hair! Thats 14 hours!!!! 14 hours out of her precious life and time! At a great price!!! And she was amazing! And, LASTLY, if she was rude to you, maybe you were rude first or didnt approach her correctly! She is very professional and kind so maybe for those who wanna say she was rude, you truly need to look at yourself and evaluate that situation again! Anyways, thank you SO VERY MUCH MISS B B !

Patience Alston BB is not only extremely talented, she has such a big heart. She can literally look at a picture and duplicate it braid for braid. Her prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to less talented. Ive been a customer of BBs for 6 years. She is worth the wait!

dayana centeno I want to share my terrible experience at this establishment. I went to get braids and from the first moment the service showed a noticeable lack of professionalism. The person in charge did not follow my instructions and instead of executing the requested style, she applied her own criteria, also using a hot appliance on me that caused me severe discomfort along with the pulling and pressure on the braids, which increased by the minute. The discomfort was so much that it made me cry. It is unfortunate that, when paying for a service, you expect respectful and professional treatment, and on this occasion, the experience was completely deficient. I sincerely hope that this review serves to review and improve the procedures, since the well-being of the client must be a priority. For all the above, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Jory Zona First time I went in with Olympia she was great. Went in today with Joel for a trim and basically got my head shaved. Back of my head has nothing blended, around the ears wasn’t trimmed evenly. Completely unhappy with my haircut. Only checked if I liked it once on the side and after all the hair on the back was already gone. Won’t be coming back.

Josh Sarpu Got a mid-fade from Angel last week. Was a great hair cut and great experience. All of the staff were very friendly. The shop was very clean and organized. I will definitely continue going there from now on and would definitely recommend it.

Stephanie Kenda Jenna is fabulous!! I like to tell everyone I picked her up in a bar. I had just moved to Florida from Ohio and was in need of a stylist that could cut short hair and also color blonde. I was out one evening and kept looking at her hair because I loved it - short, sassy and blonde. I went over and interrupted her to ask where she gets her hair done because I need someone as I just moved to the area. To my surprise, she said I do my own hair - I own my own shop. I hit the jackpot!! I grabbed her card and quickly made an appointment. Jenna did not disappoint. She listened to me, asked questions, and gave suggestions. I loved what she did with my hair and was so glad the stylist gods allowed us to cross paths. Fast forward and I am back in Ohio full-time. But....I still fly to Florida for a long weekend to have my hair done by Jenna every six weeks! That is how good she is. I continually receive compliments on my hair. I cannot say enough good things about Jenna, her skills, how darling her shop is, her energy level and professionalism.
