Anthony Alexander Who knew going to the dentist could feel like a stand-up comedy show and a spa day for your teeth? Aspen Dental had me grinning ear to ear—and not just because they fixed my teeth (which they did, beautifully, by the way). The staff here are absolute tooth fairies in disguise—funny, cheerful, and somehow make you forget there’s a drill involved. I came in nervous and left wondering if I could book a follow-up just to hang out. 10/10 would recommend for sparkling teeth and sore cheeks… from laughing, not from dental work. Probably.

John Hager The most poorly managed dental office you can find!! They billed my insurance twice for the same appointment by using different dentist names and then said I still owed$110. They cancelled our cleaning appointments on the day of with a text. No call to reschedule. When I called to reschedule they didnt have opening for cleaning for 3 months! No wonder they cannot retain staff at this location. Use a different Aspen or a different dentist. Save yourself the need for a cardiologist!

Chasity Dawson I cannot give them enough stars. They were available in an emergency. They are kind, caring, and gave me all my options up front for payment. I have a lot of work needed done and they will be the only one I trust. Would highly highly recommend!

Ivar Tubberville Everything was absolutely fantastic! Kristen was very nice and extremely thorough with my cleaning. She got rid of a stain I didn’t even know could be removed. For major work, Dr. Hansen is great! He did a root canal, placed a crown, and filled some cavities on my teeth a couple weeks prior to my cleaning. He did a wonderful job! He is very attentive and checked back on me during my cleaning. I can not say enough good things about this place.

Dirtchicken I’ve had quite a bit of work performed at Smileology. I’ve worked with Dr. Broutin for my consults and he performed the extraction of my upper teeth and fitted me for a permanent denture. My experience was smooth. Healing went well, I was back to work within two days. My follow up visits have been with Dr. Hansen and my cleanings with Hope. I’ve enjoyed my experience each time. Dr. Hansen & Hope remembered details that I had two kids etc. Even if they take notes to remember small things like that, it makes a difference in how a patient feels during such intimidating circumstances. Smileology wasn’t the most cost effective when I searched around, however, their bedside manner has made me continue to use them. They remind several days out from the appointments and the day before. That’s nice because with a hectic schedule I’ve nearly forgotten before. They make sure you don’t. I have no complaints. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Shirley Cook Smileology is now my go-to dentist. After researching for two years and 5 other dentists for evaluation, i knew the minute i walked into this office, i finally found the right dentist. The cleanliness and high-tech equipment plus the friendly smiles of staff made my decision easy. I was prepped for inplants a few weeks ago and was scared to death that the procedure would be painful. I never felt pain. The staff was incredibly pleasant during my time, which made me relax, and Im sure it helped with my fear of pain. Dr Broutin is a pleasant man to speak with and takes his time explaining every step of the procedure. Everyone of his staff makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend his office for your dental procedures.

Jessie Hendrickson Best dental experience I’ve had in a really long time! My dental hygienist, Natalie was caring, gentle, and listened to my concerns and questions. She gave welcomed advice and seemed genuinely interested in our conversation. She was knowledgeable, told me step by step what she was doing and made sure to be in complete communication. Wendy Barefield The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean, with all up to date equipment. Dr Harper and Dr Aberth are both very welcoming and have a conservative approach toward dentistry, focusing more on prevention. I love this office!

Margaret Bethke I love this office. Dr. Harper is great. I was in terrible pain 2 Christmases ago and he came to my rescue when no-one else would and I was truly desperate. Hes kind, caring and understanding. I subsequently had quite a bit more dental work done and it was always a good experience. His staff is great too, friendly and efficient. The office itself is clean and sparkling. I will be a patient here for as long as Im in the area.

Anthony Pickering I can’t recommend Comfort Dental Care for Kids Crestview enough! The entire staff, especially Zammy, is incredibly patient and caring, especially when working with young children. My daughter, Tilly, can be a very difficult toddler at times, but the team handled her with so much kindness and understanding. They took their time, made her feel comfortable, and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a positive experience. One of the things that really stood out to us was that the staff is bilingual, which was a huge help for our family. Their ability to communicate clearly and make everyone feel at ease made the experience even better. From the welcoming environment to their gentle approach, it’s clear they truly care about their young patients. If you’re looking for a dental office that knows how to work with little ones (even the most strong-willed ones!) and offers bilingual support, this is the place to go!

Taikeya Chapman I have 4 kids altogether and comfort dental was able to see them all on the same day at the same time. We didn’t wait long to be called back and the entire visit was fairly quick and efficient! Nakiya was AWESOME with my younger two - who were 2 and 4. My 2yo gave her a hard time but you could tell she was good at her job because he was comfortable towards the end of the visit! I don’t remember the young lady who has my oldest two but she was also amazing!

Nicki G Overall my first appt was great at the Crestview location. The whole team was great but specifically I want to brag about Susie at the front desk! When you walk into a new place you have no idea what to except but when there is somebody like Susie, it immediately made me feel welcomed and know that I was in good hands at Sims. Nicole was also amazing, great at her job, and very personable despite her difficult circumstances at the time.

The staff at Sims is always friendly, today they were extra thoughtful, they have a DIY bouquet station for Mothers Day. So not only did I walk out with a pain free smile I also left with some flowers and a sweet note!

heather Perez Clean, very friendly. Everyone is super polite and make it an excellent experience for everyone. Also they work with you on a payment plan which is super awesome, If you can’t afford what they recommend you to put down to get started they work with you! I am so thankful for having them make this an excellent experience for my son and daughter!

Kerri Wilson Went here to take my son for dentist appointment. All went well. The people here are very kind and friendly with children and their parents. They have decorations around the office for the holiday which gives it a pleasant feel. There are TVs set up for patients to watch while getting work done on their teeth. Will definitely be coming again.

I have extreme dental anxiety and Andie and Kari were both wonderful with making me comfortable and asking me if I needed a blanket or noise canceling headphones during my visit. The cleaning was gentle and everything I needed was explained to me so I have a better understanding of how to take better care of my teeth. Every person I encountered during my visit from the front desk at check in all the way to Andi during my checkout was friendly and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Beachside Bubble Waffle Who leaves a review for a dentist office?? Not me… until now. I’ve had horrible dental experiences my entire life, yet never detailed them in a Google review. My dental anxiety can’t be measured on a scale. When I encountered a situation where I was in dire need of a dentist, I started doing my research. Everywhere I looked, Crestview Family Dentistry was recommended, so I went, and boy was I glad I did! From the moment I arrived, my encounter with the front desk personnel, to the time I spent with the dental assistant, and then with Dr. Tanner - wonderful Dr. Tanner, I was completely at ease and without anxiety. My root canal was flawless, and dare I say enjoyable- well, as enjoyable as a root canal can be. I absolutely love it there, and am so grateful to have found them. I happily drive the 40 miles one way to get my dental work done! They’ve got a patient for life in me! Thank-you Crestview Family Dental for doing for me what no dental office has ever been able to do before!

Dr. Ure listened to me and proceeded to do everything he thought needed to be done. In just 2 visits, in ONE WEEK by the way , they have made me very happy . Now my mouth is on the mend. My husband and I had our first visit and they accommodated us completely in getting everything done in our first visit, which was impossible everywhere else during thanksgiving week. The staff was highly thorough and friendly, in fact as I waited in waiting room I overheard another patient unloading her burdens from another dentist, onto them, and they were so empathetic and personable toward her. The dentist was polite and the entire visit made you forget where you were; the dentist. If I could give 10 stars I would! I look forward to my next cleaning.

Teresa Steele My experience at Hometown and Family Dentistry has been very satisfactory. I had extensive oral surgery and am happy to say that experience was professional and painless. The recovery from having dental implants was uncomfortable and a little disappointing as contrary to the advertisement on receiving implants, you have to wait for a healing process and the grafting to take effect. You do not get beautiful new teeth immediately. I understand the reasoning behind this to insure the greatest outcome, however it is still a bit disappointing. I look forward to the future process and the wonderful care and professionalism that Hometown Family Dentistry provides. Thank you to the whole staff at Hometown Family Dentistry !

gary kaiser There’s a little sign in their office saying one goal is when you come into their office nervous you won’t be when you leave. Boy did I put that to the test after avoiding dentist for years because of horrible past experiences elsewhere! They did a terrific job. Bri spent more time than expected just chatting with me and going over all my options. I had a super cool and coordinated team there working on me. Dr Shevonne ( I might butcher the spelling on his name) was very skillful. He extracted a molar that was challenging. This team helped me over my dentist phobia. Thanks Smileology. Jenny Mothershed Wow, great dental experience! So grateful for the fast, efficient care I got in a somewhat emergency situation having happened over the weekend. Monday morning, bright and early, I called, and although I would be a new patient, they were able to work me in that very afternoon, and accepted my insurance! Excellent service, fast and efficient, Dr. Parks was so kind and patient, as was everyone there. She got me all fixed up and on my way very quickly. I will be returning to Advantage Dental + as my regular provider. Great job everyone!!

Kimberly Harrison Had an infected tooth that required anesthesia and extraction. Dr Horn and his staff were efficient and caring. It was over before I knew it. 2 days out and have experienced no complications (knock on wood). I would highly recommend their services.

marci perez Had the same horrible experience about 6 month ago. So I gave up delt with the pain until my tooth finally fell out. I thought it was over but I still have have of the root in my gums & now an infection! Thanks to the lack of dentists that are willing to take Medicaid. Now I’m back looking for a dentist that will resolve this problem so I don’t die from a complicated infection!!!!!!! Wish me luck

Ronnie Minor I’ll start this review with the initial call to see if I could be seen. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Tiana. She was super nice on the phone completely helped me out. I got in the next day for a consult. Previous to my visit I cut my finger really bad stop the bleeding so I put a Band-Aid on. I drove 53 minutes to see this Dentist .(completely worth it.) once I got to the dentist, my finger had opened up and was bleeding. I had nothing to clean it up. I went in and went to the window and who was there, Tiana told her my name and appointment time and I had to use a restroom to clean up the blood in my hand, she was completely awesome and got antibiotics and a bandage and personally addressed my finger. Absolutely not her job description but she was super cool about wrapping my finger Now the dentist Melissa Laite was super nice and will take care of me if you need a dentist this is a great place to go

Darby Williams I called in for an emergency dental appt and was in the next morning. Ive always had a fear of dentist offices but the Dr. was really awesome at easing that. My 2 children have also been seen here and they both absolutely loved it. The hygienist was super sweet with them both and theyre looking forward to their next visit. Bob Stevens I had a bad toothache, and they made an appointment for me the next morning. When I arrived, they got me in and discovered that my back lower right side wisdom tooth had caused a cavity in tooth #31. It could not be saved. They pulled both teeth. With my 6 total cost was 130.00. All of my care was completed in the upmost professional manner. I will make this my dentist for all my needs going forward. Dr. Joy is a miracle worker. He and his staff are totally trustworthy.

I had my first ever appt and within 2 and a half hours i was in and out and had 2 fillings done, SAME DAY! The dentist was going between me and another patient but I still felt that he took his time and made sure he had good one on one with each patient. I am absolutely happy with my experience and will absolutely be a forever patient. Thank you for your professionalism and being an all around amazing staff!
