5 /5 Mindy: This place is amazing & I’ve never been treated better. The staff are all friendly, professional, and accommodating. Heather in reception was a pleasure talking with, and ensured I had all my new patient forms available/ completed. My dental hygienist Laura was easy to talk to, gentle with my cleaning, explained everything she was doing, and answered all my questions. She did not rush my cleaning. Lastly, Dr. Edwards was kind and explained things with an example. Overall, everyone was really great & I am happy with my care. *I personally changed from HMO dental insurance to PPO, where I could have a decision in where I could go for dental care. I am SO glad I did, because this office was worth it. Oh, and they even sent me home with a fresh flower wrapped up in my dental handout baggy! So cute.

Dr. Prast was extremely kind, patient, and helpful to my mom for all of her dental needs. I will continue to refer my friends and family to their office.

Isaac Schilling: 930 was my appointment. Its going on 1130. Just sitting here 3 whole hours late for work. I understand that this place already is bottom of the barrel. But please for the love of God, never come here for anything. Also heads up, your fillings will be falling out if you get work done here. The doctor is in and out of rooms every 30 seconds. Trust me I know mine already fell out.

I got a second opinion from a more reputable dentist in winter park and was told I just needed a few cavity fillings and a regular cleaning. They clearly only want to make money off you. The staff on more than one occasion was very unprofessional as well. Save yourself a poor experience and spend the money elsewhere.

Having a dental background as a dental hygienist I have been very picky and have not been able to find anyone local that I trusted, coming here is worth my 1 hour ride. I have had major swelling from my last dentist after a filling done and today I had a root canal with an extraction and left with almost no swelling and I’ve needed no pain killers and all the anesthesia has worn off. Highly recommend!

My hygienist was knowledgeable and kind, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Dr. Ortiz was absolutely great.
