Rather than pour extra time & money into it, Ben worked with me to create a custom mount, and it’s absolutely stunning. From start to finish, communication was amazing, and every single staff member is so kind. I will be coming back for ANY future jewelry needs, and I highly recommend them!

They provided an estimate to the insurance company’s specific instructions, making for easy claim resolution. They matched the diamond so perfectly, I cannot tell which of the outer diamonds is the one they replaced. And all at a very reasonable price. Additionally, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, & professional, and my repair was performed within the promised time.

They were very professional and honest and told me what was going on step-by-step. My grandfathers watch had a missing hand and the crystal broke when they tried to open it! They ordered a new crystal, free of charge, and because fitting the crystal took more than one try and a little over two weeks, they did not charge us for the battery or for the work that they did which I thought was really wonderful thank you so much. You guys are amazing. I will refer you to my friends and family until the end of time!

Less than two days after getting my ring back I’ve already lost two stones and a prong on my engagement ring broke about a week later. Very upset and don’t trust to take my rings back here.

I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! I am more than pleased and highly recommend Gary and Vicci Capraro to anyone who needs any jewelry work or for anyone looking for a beautiful piece.

Which is disappointing for Stas since he should think about what he says online and how it can link back to his business. Due to this, I’ll be letting everyone who’s Ukrainian put their money elsewhere and not support this business. Wanna reply?
