5 /5 Rena Howell: I visited Mandarin Jewelry based on some prior google reviews and the location was a convenient for me. I needed a ring downsized that was purchased on a recent cruise. I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! I am more than pleased and highly recommend Gary and Vicci Capraro to anyone who needs any jewelry work or for anyone looking for a beautiful piece.

1 /5 Pam Holmquist: If I could give no stars, I would. My sister, cousin and I were having pieces of jewelry made out of our late grandmothers ring. I thought this place did custom jewelry and I wanted a simple bar necklace with 8 diamonds. They couldnt do this, you can only select designs out of a book. The closest I could find was a curved bar with 6 diamonds. Apparently, we couldnt use the diamonds from the ring because they werent the correct size (even though the ring had something like 24 diamonds in it) so they were replaced with other available diamonds from their store. The sentimentality of the piece was gone. Not only that, The 3rd time I wore the necklace, one of the diamonds fell out. The other very disappointing issue... I requested a ring on the chain so I could wear the necklace shorter or longer depending on my mood. They installed the ring on the side of the clasp making that feature completely useless! I cant believe I paid $1000 for a redesign of diamonds that we were supplying on a useless piece of jewelry that broke on the 3rd use. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to warn anyone considering taking important jewelry to this place. So incompetent. OH, and my sisters newly created ring had a diamond fall out the first time she wore it too!

Theres not enough room on this page to explain the exceptional services this business and family provided!! Kayla-1 was so profesional and so pleasant from my first phone call through my visits. I didnt get to interact with Kayla -2 but she was highly spoken of. Justin (? I think) was also profesional and pleasant! Vicci....like a breath of fresh air! What an amazing example of how to run a business and treat the customers! I couldnt have been anymore pleased than this! It was a joy meeting all of you! Yall are good souls!!

5 /5 B P: I sold my gold and silver here, and everything was amazing. I got payed a fantastic deal, and this came at a time when I really needed emergency funds so they are a blessing. I also am having them repair my moms ring and they gave her another fantastic pricing on the whole operation. The environment is clean, modern, secure, and the staff is lovely all the time. Vicky is who I mainly worked with and she is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry and precious metals world. They have amazing prices on repairs, jewelry, and much more. Bottom line, if you have jewelry needs, COME HERE! Dont even bother going anywhere else. This is THE jewelry shop to go to. Thank you again to Vicky, Gary, your son, and the staff! 5 /5 emma mesner: Absolutely love mandarin jewelry!! They have the best prices and the friendliest staff! I went to get my silver jewelry polished and ended up leaving with 3 new pieces! I added some pictures of my freshly polished rings.
