They took the time to thoroughly explain the diamonds quality and meticulously ensured the band was the perfect, comfortable fit. Their personalized approach truly showed they knew how important this entire process was to me. By 3:30 PM that very same day, I received a text: the ring was ready. They had flawlessly replated the entire piece and expertly fixed all the prongs, making the diamond perfectly secure. Which is disappointing for Stas since he should think about what he says online and how it can link back to his business. Timothy Hill: Kingsmark Jewelers took a fixed a ring that I’ve had for over 15 years. It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

Most places want to just upsell you something or sell you something new. Well, they will sell you something new if that’s what you want, but they are happy to help you with anything you want to do. In our case my wife had something special made for herself. I wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with them. They are really good folks.
