1 /5 Gustavo Antonioni: Horrible customer service and bank does not take responsibility for stealing your money! I tried to withdraw money from their ATM last night - machine did not give me money but receipt confirmed my money was taken. I called today to speak with bank Manager Bill Reynolds and after they checked my withdrawal receipt transaction number they confirmed no money was issued and that I had to deal with this situation with my bank which is based in England as I ma here as a tourist. So not only did I not get cash last night because of their negligence I had to incur long distance charges today to have my bank resolve this . I find this to be a terrible oversight in taking responsibility for what is actually theft . NEVER USE THIS BANK!

1 /5 Karin Stahl: Horrible customer service. A transaction that should have taken 15 minutes took 2 hours. Its still not resolved and I keep getting strange emails verifying that I agreed to things I never agreed to.

1 /5 German de Jesus Romero Salcedo: I went to that bank today and Mr. Alejandro Fernándezs service is terrible. He is a racist person who treated me very badly. I demanded the presence of the manager and I was not really assisted. I just wanted to open a bank account and I only had a bad time and was frustrated by how they treated me, very indignant.
