I was not able to go into the shop but needed something special. Valery took the time to send me pictures of what I was looking for and helped me get it engraved and even sent me a picture of what it would look like before it was done. The best part other than the amazing customer service was the fact that they had to order what I was looking for but got it the next day plus engraved just as I wanted. Typically one of the sales staff members walks with you or is within sight, just in case you need help with anything. Every visit, someone has been very helpful, and does the best they can to either find what were looking for, or point us in the right direction. We have purchased several pair of boots, and my brother has both purchased boots and some shirts when weve visited. For western wear, I can highly recommend this small business to anyone passing through the area. Thank you to management for hiring a good team and training good sales personnel.
