    Christian Winborn: These people are awesome and the lady I dealt with today on 8/6/25 was great! She couldnt have been more polite and helpful. I had two out of state personal checks from my grandparents. Two different checks, two different banks. She called and verified the checks, which my grandfather loved, due to his recent bout with scammers. Once they confirmed the checks were legit, I was on my way in two minutes. My bank was going to take 5 business days to put the money in my account due to being out of state. The fee was pretty standard, I think around 2.5% just doing the math off the top of my head, which was just fine having to do it in a pinch

    Robbin Taylor: This has been my primary bank for almost 10 years but I’m about ready to switch to another credit union. This new update is terrible. I can’t send money to a new e-mail or phone number through Zelle until they approve it..that’s ridiculous. A few weeks ago they also printed my new debit card incorrectly and I could not set a pin or use it and had to come back in to get another printed… again this is my primary bank so I didn’t have access to my money for hours. You call and they make you wait hours for a call back to speak with their “debit card” department. I think I’ll be going over to Tyndall or Innovations due to all the technical issues this bank has and dumb security measures. Update: PCU reached out to me and corrected the issue. The customer service from Keith Herrick and Shannon Williams was great. I am now able to send money as I please without restrictions. Thank you again!

    Tyler Reed: I have a 2005 F450 that had the engine replaced a year ago with a Ford Reman Engine by the previous owner. The engine dropped an injector. I took the truck to Murray due to possible warranty on the engine. Carey, I think his name was, in the service department was extremely helpful with getting this issue resolved. I even talked with Mike, the commercial salesman about a new truck in the near future and he was very helpful and not pushy like some salespeople. The few techs I talked to were also nice guys and I would trust them to work on any of my vehicles. Turn around time, especially for a truck of this age was pretty quick. 2 days and I had my truck back. Hard finding good dealers anymore but this one is great!
