Tim Divers So I took my 2017 Chevy Silverado into JCs due to the air conditioner not getting cold. I asked Ruth prior to taking the truck in if she had ever dealt with endurance auto warranty and she said yes so I assumed they knew what they were doing. The next thing I know I get an estimate for almost $3,000 in which theyre saying that theres a leak in the radiator and something with the air conditioner. Ruth did not call endurance warranty until after I had contacted her by phone asking her what endurance warranty said with regard to the repairs at which point she stated she had forgotten to call but she would call then she then called endurance warranty and discovered that the repairs were not covered by my warranty. At no point prior to this shop performing diagnostics on the truck was I ever asked or advised of the cost of said diagnostics they just did them without getting authorization for me and then proceeded to charge me almost $400. I quoted Florida law to them which stated that any charges over $100 they are to send me an estimate first prior to doing any of the diagnostics or repair work and that didnt seem to matter Ruth was busy trying to cover herself and was determined to get $400 from me. Needless to say they scammed me had no idea how to deal with endurance warranty made no attempt to contact endurance warranty and made no attempt to get my approval prior to doing diagnostic testing so I would not recommend this people their scam artists, now I am going to sue them and have filed a complaint with the department of agriculture against their repair shop. I would never take a vehicle to them again.

William Davis I had to make an unexpected stop at the Goodyear Tire on 390 E Van Fleet Dr, Bartow, FL, after discovering a screw punctured our driver’s side rear tire—and we still had 1.5 hours left to drive. It was a very busy Friday, but management didn’t miss a beat. They addressed the issue quickly, kept us informed, and had us in and out in no time. I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently the entire staff worked—they were turning work orders around nonstop, yet still made time to be courteous and professional. The manager was extremely polite, and despite how busy it was, we never felt like just another number. Alex Mohamed Brought a car in for a simple alignment after putting a brand new dealership rack and pinion in. And at the same time I also requested the alignment print out. Was called 4 hours later and was lied to that inner tie rods were loose. When I told them I put a brand new rack in they said oh well it was the jam nuts loose. Which indicates that their technicians are not competent enough to know the difference between a jam nut and an entire tie rod. I got another call a few hours later saying that they broke the door handle off. Granted they did do the right thing and fix the door handle. When I went to pick it up they told me that their alignment machine was broken and they could not print me out my result. When I inquired about if they did the alignment because the rack was broken they told me that they did do it yesterday or earlier that morning. But were unable to show proof because the machine did not function or even turn on. I requested to go take a look. When I went back I was able to log into their machine open up all of the files go back in the history and print myself out the report just fine.

Diane Lynn In Jan one of their drivers wrecked our motorhome and car. They got the car repaired beautifully. However, now we can’t get acknowledgment of the estimates sent to start motorhome repairs. We have a co who can replace skylights and it has to go to body shop after for the holes and lights ( because fiberglass under the marker lights are damaged). I have texted, my husband and the rv repair co have called. Usually voice mail is full. I can get reply that I am not in office as my office said ( I did not call I am guessing rv repair did) and will look at them tomorrow. That was 2 weeks ago. We had trouble finding anyone to do this major repair at our location because moving it with now hanging skylight would cause more damage. And honestly they are only co near by who could tow it and you see how that ended. We just want it fixed. Nothing fancy, just back together and useable. The shop who did car was surprised when we didn’t request full paint and so on. We just need the damage

Brent Strickland QUOTED 850.00 OVER THE PHONE TO BUILD ME A RADIATOR FOR AN LS SWAP. I WAS ASKED TO BRING IN THE OLD RADIATOR SO THEY COULD GET THE PROPER SPECS NEEDED. THE PRICE WENT FROM 850 TO 1350 WHEN I ARRIVED IN PERSON. WHEN I ASKED WHY IT WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN QUOTED HE JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND BLAMED IT ON THE COST OF COPPER AND BRASS. I TOLD HIM I APPRECAITE IT AND LEFT WITHOUT BUYING A RADIATOR. CALLED BACK TO SEE IF SOMEONE ELSE COULD EXPLAIN THE ADDITIONAL $500.00 I WAS TOLD HE OWNS THIS SHOP AND HE DOESNT WANT TO DEAL WITH AND HUNG UP. I CAN UNDERSTAND A LITTLE MORE COST BUT $500 SEEMED EXCESSIVE ESPECIALLY WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION OTHER THAN HOW MUCH COPPER COST AND A SHOULDER SHRUG. The work was done in great time, I felt, and the pricing was reasonable. On top of that, when I got home I noticed theyd also gotten the corners of my front bumper pinned back down, which I greatly appreciate. James Beane Had to run to Bartow for an errand. When I got to my destination and pulled into the parking spot and my brake pedal went to the floor and barely got the car stopped. I searched Google and Main St auto was the first non national chain to pop up and j remember passing them in the past. It was a straight shot from where i was and less than 5 minutes so I limped my car there. His crew was at lunch so I had to wait for them to finish but once they were they got me right in. Lucky for me. Today was an off day and one time they were not busy (The one thing going my way today) Needless to say, Joe was super friendly and they only replaced what was needed. Definitely gained a life long customer. And with this economy and living paycheck to paycheck, the prices and labor were very reasonable. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Joe for all your service needs!!

Al Expensive but efficient! And they wont do anything without you telling them first. I asked for a diagnostic and got a diagnostic. A diagnostic check is $210, and they check electric separate so if you want a diagnostic for anything electric thats another $210. But if you have a Ford vehicle and no other place knows what to do then come here and get it done! The building is very clean and comfortable with two waiting areas, and theres plenty of windows so you can check your car.

Susan Kirkland Daughter bought a used tire. For $70.00. Which was terrible. but she didnt have a choice. On her way to work tire went flat and left her stranded. My husband called to see if they would send their service truck out to fix it. Owner was rude and said NO. So leave a single mother on the road. She was able to get someone to fix the flat. Worst customer service and service!!!!
