    Clarke Davis: Had the vehicle for almost 18 months and didnt do anything to fix it. Its in worse shape now than it was when it was carried to him. Everytime he was asked about it he was getting started on it the next day. We dont know if he really did anything to it. He said he did . When we got the vehicle back it had vines growing through the hood one tire deflated and off the rim. The inside is mildewed and molded. Care for the vehicles there is at best below minimum requirements. Cory has a very nonchalant attitude about things and acts like nothing is wrong. He is extremely hard to get a hold of. Doesnt return calls or texts. I had to contact an employee to get Cory to even respond back. Dont take your car here. Ive been told he took over the shop and is riding on someone elses reputation. After everything that has went on. I believe that to be the truth. If he doesnt know what to do to fix it or feel like he should prioritize it then he just puts it behind his shop to never be thought about again. This place is a waste of precious time and will cost you more in repairs to fix the neglect than it would have to fix the original issue.

Oh they’re amazing! Getting core money back? You’ll get no response, have to call DAILY, all for the core pickup to continually be pushed further and further. Not to mention the fact that they lie and say a driver came or that your core was toppled over in the dirt and couldn’t be picked up - both untrue - (but when confronted with the fact that we have cameras everywhere and show there’s NO footage of a driver arriving or leaving, and your cameras show there’s core perfectly stable on a pallet upright) they ghost you for several days before you ultimately have to call over and over and over again. We’ve started ordering through the Ft Myers office (a whole 8 hours from us) where we actually get decent customer service. LKQ Bonifay is a whole joke.
