3 /5 Tyson Folsom: I took in my truck to get it serviced, and the front end aligned since I had an upper A arm replaced. I was told that before they would align my front end, I had to pay $900 for additional front-end work. I asked if they could just do their best without doing all the additional work. I was told no, they would not. And their guy "eyeballed it," and it was close enough without the additional work. I am sure that there was a good reason, but those were the facts of the interaction. Take them as you will.

Id been dealing with a really annoying noise for months, and he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. I truly appreciate the quality of their work—and the pricing was very reasonable too. Im super happy with the service and will definitely be coming here from now on!

5 /5 Betsy Goehrig: Thankful for Crawfordville Auto & Tire—they were courteous, helpful, honest, and fit me in at the last minute of the day. I had been to Firestone, who told me I had a nail and it couldn’t be patched or plugged, only replaced…for hundreds $$$$! The “nail” was just a rock between the threads - no puncture found, with their thorough examination of removing and testing that and all four tires and filling with air. The cost? $0!!! Thank you for being a blessing and for the peace of mind for my long trip the next day!

2 /5 Frank Newton: Im glad I called first because that telephonic conversation told me everything I needed to know. Im a former paint and body shop owner and whoever took my call needs to learn some proper etiquette skills, to add this person was down talking a current business owner in the area which owns hundreds of thousands of dollars heavy duty vehicles which need maintenance and repairs. Those vehicles will now be maintained and repaired in Leon County. The conversation also told me that this shop was not capable of trustworthy repairs.
