2 /5 Bryan Shaffer: We unfortunately visited for New Years Eve for a second time in the last few years. The first visit several years ago was a complete disaster. But we wanted to give them a second chance. Wish I would not have. Service was very good. Servers were attentive and prompt. Food was a prefix menu and was wayyyyyyy overpriced for what you got and quality was hit and miss. 1st course - Bruchetta or stuffed mushrooms, both were very good, but very small portion. 2nd course - salad. Good but again a very small portion. 3rd couse was the main course. Our group got the surf and turf and the chicken picatta. Picatta was bland and flavorless, portion size was ok. Surf and turf was a 3-4 oz strip steak, a small lobster tail, mashed potatoes and brocolini. Steak was very small and not much flavor. Lobster was small, but size was as expected. Potatoes were bland and cold. Brocolini was good but cold. Course 4 was desert and was literally about 2 bite size Costco style frozen desserts per person. I would say the overall experience was not at all what one would expect for $85 per person plus tip. To add insult to injury, they charged us extra for sodas. We could have gone to Ruth Chris and had a much better meal for the same or less money. Needless to say, we wont be back. Maybe they are much better during non-holidays, but we wont be finding out.
