I had several repairs needed including a new radiator and they were happy to provide and Uber for me to get to work with the time needed for the parts to come in. Jaycob kept me in the loop the entire time and kept my mind at ease while juggling my travel plans and being without my vehicle and truly cared about my time. 2014 Mercedes E350 was in great hands with their team and will never go anywhere else for service and repairs

D.L. Scheduled an overpriced alignment for 10am. The shop made us wait for two and a half hours with our toddler there to do no work on the vehicle. Instead charged us $105.00 for a work order estimate for $4300.00 on a 98 Toyota with over 200,000 miles. Complete waste of time and money.

Although I didnt get my car service, he was able to diagnose the issue. I appreciate the time and patience taken out of their busy schedule to accommodate me. I recommend Juans Auto repair. Steve Dorofey They took (Mostly) great care of my Camry here. Solid guys, very trustworthy, prices are just slightly on the higher side but if something goes wrong they will take care of you. Once my big issue was discovered, it seems like they didnt want to work much further on my car though. Worried about me possibly spending money on it and the car failing on me. It was a fair worry, but that led me to go to another shop, as I was not ever going to buy a new/other car. I do not care about my cars "Market Value", so that was never relevant to my decision-making on spending money to fix it. It has since been fixed and the car finally runs brilliantly. They did their part in making sure it got there, alive and well maintained. I would highly recommend the shop :)

Melanie Alvarez New to the area, my family recommended I go there since they were a long time customer and had a great experience. The business was sold in recent time and things have changed under new ownership. I went there to have my car’s oil and filter changed. As I stated, they were very nice, but quoted me on some “necessary repairs” on my rear differential and engine block that were very pricey for my older car… the repairs were more than the car was worth, and if I were another person, they may have scared me into the repairs. I brought my vehicle to an alternate location for a second opinion. There was nothing wrong with the engine - the “leak” was just oil that was spilled when we added oil once after a long trip. The rear differential was absolutely fine, but the transfer case is having problems. I don’t care how nice someone is, I would have been robbed blind over $4k if I agreed to the quote and had the wrong repairs on top of it. They are riding on the good reputation of the previous owners and that’s just unfortunate. Very sad to know the new shop is attempting to make money dishonestly!

David Illingworth Jay and Deans was by far my best experience with our 2013 X5. We leave it in Sarasota at our home; so it has some down time. These people diagnosed our car quickly and professionally. We really appreciated the “can-do” and positive attitude we got from them- in addition to a tight schedule they achieved, and the quality service we received. We spoke to Kim frequently; she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the repairs (great price!) and the progress will recommend to anyone looking for repairs/ these folks were top shelf!

tayyeb malik Took my car in for front lower control arms to be replaced today (7/1/2020) I brought in my own parts, he said he’ll do it for $180 labor and will have it done in 2 hours., I said awesome go ahead and do it....after making me wait 4 hours he said it will cost $900-1100 for labor ...I said no thanks, then he tried to charge me $90 for his “time” today for doing absolutely nothing to the car. I was about to flip, then he said ok get out of here. He also left greasy finger marks all over the front bumper, steering wheel, driver door panel, and shifter. Will never come back here again, and I suggest no one else to come.

Help For Ukraine Was squeezed in same day for free A/C diagnostics and fixed it on the spot. So thankful for the inspection that found bad rear calliper almost completely seized and dangerous and bad rotors and pads. Nobody check at last places..Called most shops water to charge me $60-120 just to look at it. Appreciate the asap service and had bilingual staff. My mom had great time talking in her language with the Manager. Thanks, Highly recommend,

Josh Great customer service and pricing. Got new tires mounted, balanced, alignment and a inspection done. Only took about 2 hours. They dropped me off a local place to hangout then came and picked me up when my vehicle was done. I will definitely continue to use them for my vehicle needs.

I also chose them because their staff was extremely professional and thorough. The quote matched what I paid in the end and the communication throughout the process was top notch. Jacob Winge FIVE STARS! I was traveling and just called this shop because they were close to where my vehicle stalled. They recommended a great tow truck and when I got there they immediately took my car in and ran diagnostics to troubleshoot and get me back on the round safe and sound. We all have a local shop we trust, the one that does our oil changes, installs breaks etc... but when you are out of town, who do you call? I cannot recommend them enough for knowledgeable, fast, friendly service! Huge props to this great, local business. No frills, high quality and there when you need them most!

Johnny Platt Ive had the best work done to my car by the best mechanic in all of Florida! I was able to replace 90% of my engine and I didnt have to take out a second mortgage for quality work and good prices go here Ive been going to see phone for many years now! Not only he does a great job but he explains everything you doing like a teacher. My car has never ran any better and Im going to have it at least for another 15 years now. Exciting so Im going to go see him again to get my motor mounts replaced!

Cinda Clark Ive finally found the mechanic! Before moving to Sarasota I had a mechanic that I trusted and was honest and fixed any issues with my cars and never tried to oversell me or pull anything shady because I didnt know enough about car repair. I have found the same quality, ethics, and great customer service with Paul / Heart Auto. He is fair with pricing and honest and doesnt try to push a job on me. He tells me the things he finds wrong and will let me know the priority I should have the repairs done. To know that anytime I have a car issue I have someone I trust to take care of it and fair pricing is such a relief. Thank you Paul!

Eric Austvold Tom and his team are fantastic. Called and he got me in the same day. Arrived at his shop by 3:30, he assessed that our noises were our front brakes. He had it repaired and ready to roll by 5:30 same day. Great price, great service. Highly recommend.

Anna Jankowski I’d give them 12/10 if I could. Honest, up front, and gave me updates. My car hadn’t been started in a couple of years and Tom and Scott let me know everything that needed to be repaired in order to get her going again. They managed to make what I thought impossible happen and I’m so grateful for all the hard work they put in! And everything was reasonably priced. These guys do good work!

First name last name I first went to Christian Brothers with a simple initial problem. They told me I needed new tires, shocks and a whole invoice of items including an oil leak. They were not addressing my concern. I had 2 recommendations to go to Sherman’s Auto. He assessed the issue. Sherman did not just address the issue but he also addressed told me to monitor oil but it’s not leaking to the point where it has to be addressed now. Ok the other hand, Christian Brothers wanted to sell me on a fancy dye diagnostic, which by the way did not address the fact my Jeep my shaking. I would highly recommend Sherman’s auto to everyone. He’s trustworthy and very good.

Ryan Issa Ive used Jesses Garage for extensive work on my BMWs for about 10 years now. I do most of the work myself, but when it comes to very large jobs, I send them two hours away to Jesse. Hes the only one I trust to do it right. A restoration on my e90 many years ago and an engine rebuild on my e46 M3, as well as various engine and transmission work on other vehicles. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and takes care of his customers. In my humble opinion, this is probably the best shop in Florida, and I’ve been to a lot over the years. Congratulations on the new location, Jesse.

Frederick Freeman Craig of Carsons repairs is the most honest, efficient, and caring mechanic I have ever encountered. I highly recommend taking your car here for all repairs needs. Craig quoted me about $200 cheaper than every other mechanic in the area, got my car done a day faster than all the other mechanic said they would, and offered me a ride home. Its very rare that you find somebody who is passionate about their job and he goes the extra mile for the client. Nowadays, everybody wants to make a quick buck, but Craig would rather keep his integrity and perform quality work for a fair price. Thank you again.

His son took over when daddy retired and has provided the same great personal service. If you want the best with that home town service ethic shop no further!

Geno D Aarons work is seriously impressive. He explains everything hes doing and made sure every detail was covered. He clearly knows a lot about all types of cars, very professional, focused, and takes real pride in his work. Definitely someone you can trust with your car. I highly recommend him!

valerie barcelos Aarons Auto Repair Today, I was fortunate to have my car repaired at Aaron’ Auto Repair. I called him on Sat afternoon when the problem started, and we agreed on Monday at 10:00. Right away he immediately checked my car’s service light message to see what needed to be checked out and let me know what came up. What a total blessing, he knew I was going to be without transportation and took my car right in to fix my problem. It could have easily been a major costly problem, but turned out to be a spark plug issue. What great relief, I had a feeling it could have been a tune up problem……and it was. I cannot thank him enough for getting me back on the road so quickly. Two hours later I was on my way home! Today, it’s difficult to find an honest knowledgeable mechanic; one that’s sensitive to your living alone and needing transportation. I’m so grateful.
