He was able to tow it, fix it, and return it, in a very tight time window and he actually saved me alot of money compared to taking it back to Ford in this particular situation, and for that I will always be grateful. This shop treated me like I would have treated a member of my own family and fixed my car right so I have total confidence and feel safe driving it again. He gave me available price point options when buying parts, made a special trip to get a specific interstate battery that i needed to avoid buying a new one, and more. They operate with integrity and are knowledgeable about what they are doing. They are also excellent at communicating with you the entire way through. I will recommend them to my daughter, my family and friends, and anyone else I run into in the future that needs a good mechanic they can trust.
