1 /5 Thomas Gonzalez: This Pediatric office has the worst service ever. To start off they bill whatever amount they want. They were charging me an $85 co-pay when my insurance co-pay is only $30 and when i told them that they still wanted to charge me the $85. They did not even want to call my insurance to confirm the co-pay. When i told them i was not paying the $85 they wanted to charge me, they told me I can take my child to another pediatrician and they can provide me my childs medical records. When i agreed to take my child to another pediatrician, they told me they could not provide me with the medical papers the same day and it would take 3 weeks. 3 weeks later i went to pick up the papers and they had me wait an hour because apparently only "Sonia" could give me the paperwork. Make sure you know your insurance co-pay because this pediatric office may be ripping you off. If they tried it on me, who knows how many other people they do this to and actually get away with it.

Jackson West Medical Center - Doral Sara Iglesias: My name is Sara Iglesias. I have my knee surgery recently. Amazing care! The staff in the 5th floor took really good care of me. I have the best experience. Very efficient and very professional. I love the supervisors there, Noemí and Adrian. They get things done efficiently. Alex and Marilyn from PT are amazing. Dr. Krikorian is the super best. Miriam PCT is incredible and Ashley RN is very very good. I don’t like hospitals but my stay here is wonderful.

Familiar Medical Center - Hialeah Spear Bullet: If you are looking for a family doctor for your primary care read this message never ever never go to this place you have no idea about medical ethics the medical assistants are disrespectful and you will never be treated by a real doctor just a sick Cuban with the last name Milanés! Keralty Hospital Miami - Miami AL S: Recently a patient in the emergency room and admitted after. Both Er and upstairs experiences were phenomenal. Dr. Roddy and Dr. Perez both attended to me. Kind, respectful and attentive. The er is small and it was full, yet the staff allowed me in and attended to me in a room with recliners. Impressed that I was not left outside waiting. I felt that I was given personal attention. The nurse Adrian was also very attentive and explained everything he was doing. Dr. Perez sat next to me to ask me how I was feeling. Wow, I thought there are still doctors who sit and listen to patients. Once upstairs the amazing care continued. The nurses treated me with kindness. Mariam came in many times to check in on me so did the assistant. Thank you to all in the hospital.

Garcia-Septien Ramon MD - Hialeah Everyday with Emma: This is so disappointing. This office needs to be removed from everything. Dr. Garcia needs to retire. The staff is horrible. I have given them so many chances trying to be nice. They would cancel my appointments and let me drive over there and not say anything. Like call the patients and reschedule them. Then how can I use him as a primary if he can’t clear me for surgery or can’t do primary doctor duties. Even receiving paper work from other doctors is bad. They always say they never received anything. They don’t communicate with other doctors. If you are sick, don’t come here. You’ll die before getting help from this doctor or office. They should be reported. Go find another doctor. . I have to go find another doctor for clearance and my surgery is in 30 days. This is horrible!
