1 /5 Ana Rodriguez: I dont recommend it, very bad customer service. Im waiting for a call for urgent lab tests and they dont. They care little about the customer and how satisfied they are with the service. I have demanded that the money be returned to me since I have not been with him for 2 weeks and since the first medical appointment I received ill treatment the supervisors say that they will not return the money knowing that when I signed up for the medical plan they said that if I was not satisfied they returned my money within ninety days. I was very dissatisfied with this medical plan and I do not recommend it No lo recomiendo, muy mal servicio al cliente. Estoy esperando una llamada para pruebas de laboratorio urgentes y no lo hacen. Les importa poco el cliente y qué tan satisfechos estén con el servicio. He exigido que me devuelvan el dinero ya que he estado con él durante 2 semanas y desde la primera cita médica recibí malos tratos, los supervisores dicen que no me devolverán el dinero sabiendo que cuando me inscribí en el plan médico Dijeron que si no estaba satisfecho, me devolvían el dinero en noventa días. Estaba muy insatisfecho con este plan médico y no lo recomiendo

Everyday with Emma: This is so disappointing. This office needs to be removed from everything. Dr. Garcia needs to retire. The staff is horrible. I have given them so many chances trying to be nice. They would cancel my appointments and let me drive over there and not say anything. Like call the patients and reschedule them. Then how can I use him as a primary if he can’t clear me for surgery or can’t do primary doctor duties. Even receiving paper work from other doctors is bad. They always say they never received anything. They don’t communicate with other doctors. If you are sick, don’t come here. You’ll die before getting help from this doctor or office. They should be reported. Go find another doctor. . I have to go find another doctor for clearance and my surgery is in 30 days. This is horrible!

Kelly Cimilien: This center has a horrible service to patients. Especially getting any done in the referral department. Lastly i spoke to someone in that department regarding my upcoming appointment for 3/13/25 and when I follow up today with my eye doctor to see if everything good to go they informed me nothing yet leaving me to reschedule once again making it twice I have to miss my appointment because of Miami Beach community center can’t get their act together. This center has a very bad way of providing services to their patients and sadly to say I been coming there for many years and it always the same results.
