5 /5 AL S: Recently a patient in the emergency room and admitted after. Both Er and upstairs experiences were phenomenal. Dr. Roddy and Dr. Perez both attended to me. Kind, respectful and attentive. The er is small and it was full, yet the staff allowed me in and attended to me in a room with recliners. Impressed that I was not left outside waiting. I felt that I was given personal attention. The nurse Adrian was also very attentive and explained everything he was doing. Dr. Perez sat next to me to ask me how I was feeling. Wow, I thought there are still doctors who sit and listen to patients. Once upstairs the amazing care continued. The nurses treated me with kindness. Mariam came in many times to check in on me so did the assistant. Thank you to all in the hospital.

5 /5 Abel: I had a colonoscopy at this hospital and my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease. The hospital was spotless and well-organized. The procedure was completed swiftly and smoothly. The nurses and doctors were very attentive and polite, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received. Also, you need to park a block away from the hospital. They do have a shuttle that runs all day.

However I am going to change it to 1 star because the hospital has not delivered the results of my biopsy. 3 weeks waiting for results is stressful. My appointment with my doctor has been rescheduled twice. Nobody cares about me. I am a person. I am not a insurance number. I want my results to be available so I can continue with my life in peace.

5 /5 Bridget Miller Bursey: I came in around 6am. I was attended to rapidly. The ER team works and show display great professionalism. Dr. Ricky Rodriguez and Dr. Mark Rivera are great doctors. They explain your plan of treatment and explains results ad well as what medication will be dispersed. The staff was attentive. Thumbs up to the entire staff for their service. It starts from registration moving forward. Great with excellent Work ethics. My nurses Martin and Melanie are great nurses. They were in point and presented great bedside manner
