1 /5 Everyday with Emma: This is so disappointing. This office needs to be removed from everything. Dr. Garcia needs to retire. The staff is horrible. I have given them so many chances trying to be nice. They would cancel my appointments and let me drive over there and not say anything. Like call the patients and reschedule them. Then how can I use him as a primary if he can’t clear me for surgery or can’t do primary doctor duties. Even receiving paper work from other doctors is bad. They always say they never received anything. They don’t communicate with other doctors. If you are sick, don’t come here. You’ll die before getting help from this doctor or office. They should be reported. Go find another doctor. . I have to go find another doctor for clearance and my surgery is in 30 days. This is horrible!

Miami Beach Community Health Center North - Miami Kelly Cimilien: This center has a horrible service to patients. Especially getting any done in the referral department. Lastly i spoke to someone in that department regarding my upcoming appointment for 3/13/25 and when I follow up today with my eye doctor to see if everything good to go they informed me nothing yet leaving me to reschedule once again making it twice I have to miss my appointment because of Miami Beach community center can’t get their act together. This center has a very bad way of providing services to their patients and sadly to say I been coming there for many years and it always the same results.

Borinquen Health Care Center - Miami leroy say: No respect for my time I had a 7:30 am appointment for telehealth and Im still waiting. I call and the person I talk to say they will give the doctor a message I wait for an hr then call again and a different person say that they will give the doctor a text and after all that Im still waiting for the doctor to call to just give me my lab result. I will never go there again

He makes me feel like he is truly trying to help me receive the best care allowing me to trust him completely. He also explains medical terms in way that I am able to comprehend. I feel extremely lucky I have him as my cardiologist. He has treated my grandparents, my mom, and my aunt and they too have only great things to say about him. I would even venture to say, he is one of the best in his field, if not the best.

Jessie Trice Community Health Center, Inc - Miami Jae McQueen: If you over 16 weeks pregnant don’t bother coming. I was given the run around for 2 weeks prior then told that the doctor would call me but she never did. This was intentional so I wouldn’t be seen by the Obgyn since I would’ve been further in my pregnancy pass the deadline. I would’ve respected the Doc had she said she couldn’t take me instead of not calling at all. They very picky with who they accept. If you planning to do walk-ins set an appointment even if they tell you to do a walk in. Years ago the clinic was organized and professional now everyone lazy, unprofessional and picky with who they want to take.

I cannot recommend Dr. Alvarez highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! Dr. Alvarez took the time to listen to his patients concerns and answered all their questions with patience and clarity. Its evident that he truly cares about his young patients. The children felt comfortable during the examination, which made a huge difference and always walked out of his office with a smile. The office is clean and kid-friendly, and its such a relief to find a pediatrician who combines expertise with a warm, approachable demeanor. Anyone would feel lucky to have found Dr. Alvarez and feel grateful for the excellent care their child receives. Highly recommend!

Larkin Community Hospital South Miami - South Miami Darlene morales: Doctors and staff were amazing. They tended my every need, ran all the appropriate tests and clearly explained the results. I came in with chest pain and high blood pressure, which is very scary. Thankfully my heart was fine. The nurses were very attentive and sweet. I felt like I was at a luxury hotel. I had the pleasure of meeting Lizbeth from Patient Services. She was very sweet and kind answered any questions I had and made sure I was being well taken care of. She remined me of the character that plays the role of Director of Patient Services in the show Chicago Med. All in all great experience
