I am very gracious for the service that everyone in the ER has provided to me, I thank you all with the utmost respect and gratitude that I could possibly give. 5 /5 Beverly Beatty: The people were great. So caring and attentive, when they came in. However, I came in wet ; fell in some water / broke my ankle. I was pretty helpless to use a restroom, and freeeeezing. The AC was blasting cold !! They did bring some warm blankets, but it was a really long wait and torture to sit for so long, wet, cold, and without immediate relief. I know ER visits take time, but 4 hrs to get an x-ray, splint wrap and prescription seemed like too LONG - especially when wet, cold and waiting forever for help to happen.

5 /5 ANN MOORE: The entire staff was so kind and thoughtful in caring for my husband. He was assisted very quickly after arriving. We will be using Advent Health for our healthcare needs from now! Thank you!

All nurses and doctors were efficient and prompt, very professional and friendly. I wish to extend my deepest thanks for what they did for me. I was very thankful and quick to tell everyone once I returned home how amazed I was. Thank you so much!!!

2 /5 Brenda McCarthy: Excellent care, extremely poor security did not feel safe. No checkpoint at entrance, 1 security guard came in my private room 90 minutes after I arrived to search my possessions. This is way too late, and goes against privacy of the patient being treated. Puts staff and patients at risk!

Everyone is professional, caring, direct & down to earth. The care is excellent and at Casa like nowhere else I’ve ever been I feel that I am whole person with an important role in treatment planning. Referrals are also given with confidence, honesty and care. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!!

AdventHealth North Pinellas - Tarpon Springs Eliezer Rodriguez: I came to the hospital yesterday Sunday November 17 at 5:pm. The nurses in general are very sweet and professional. They called me in to a ER room quickly and in less then 3 hours I had a diagnosis. A huge kidney stone. Today is 2:35 pm of Nov 18, 2024 and I still haven’t been seen by the urologist that I was told yesterday I was going to be seen by this morning. I haven been able to eat anything for more than 17 hours due to doctors orders and every time I asked for an update about when the urologist will show up all I get is that they are sending him messages but they don’t know. This has been very sad and poorly medical care from this urologist. The rest of the staff have been nice but is the urologist who can only operate the surgery i need so. I will recommend if you are in need of a fast medical care try to visit another medical facility as this hospital doesnt have the enough medical capacity to provide rapid care to their patients. All I am being told is to be patient and continue to wait. They only have one urologist and that Dr is missing in action. Lead nurse, supervisors of nurses none can get a hold of him. They keep telling me that the urologist is a great doctor but who cares if he needs to be available for patients in the hospital and he is not even responding. He is ignoring all the text messages and not picking up the phone. So to me this is very poor medical treatment this hospital is providing at least in the urologist field. Update: I was just told that my surgery will be tomorrow 19Nov2024. I have been waiting for 3 days and 2 nights.

HCA Florida Clearwater Emergency - Clearwater Cameron Spivey: (Edited) We arrived at the Gulf to Bay ER location Sunday morning, Feb. 2nd at about 3am after I woke to the most excruciating back pain I’ve ever felt in my almost 60 year life. I encountered 4 people while I was there. The security guard was helpful and the scan technician was courteous and understanding. The nurse was neither of those things. The Dr was adequate. NOTE: There’s a ~$5,000 “facility fee” to get help there. That’s before costs for any service provided.

Clearwater Medical Group - Clearwater Irving Paiewonsky: I recently received a nerve damage screening. The administrative staff were courteous and efficient. The medical nurse practitioner who performed the screening steps was knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to her profession. I strongly recommend this medical practice.

City Of Clearwater Employee Health Center - Belleair sharon: My first visit since being hired and Im very pleased. Everyone in the office treated me very well. Including the receptionist, who went out of her way to make sure she fit my appointment in. Thank you all!

Clearwater Free Clinic - Clearwater Alyssa Stevens: No wonder they have issues with people showing up to appointments on time because the clinic cant keep up with all the appointments they keep cancelling. My appointment has been scheduled and rescheduled, by them, 3 times now. They keep "forgetting" to call for medical history. The most unprofessional facility i have ever seen. Meanwhile my conditions continue to get worse. Thanks for wasting my time.

Clearwater Health Department - Clearwater Kaitlyn Collins: My daughters were scheduled for the dentist and all had different appointment times three out the day they ended up taking them all back at the same time the office staff was amazing and so sweet!
