5 /5 M C: Even when there is no bed space for new patients the ER still without a doubt helps you and takes care of you the best that they can providing their ability to serve you and your needs. I am very gracious for the service that everyone in the ER has provided to me, I thank you all with the utmost respect and gratitude that I could possibly give. With you as a team the efforts that you provide and give, is the best that Ive witnessed around several counties.

5 /5 Beverly Beatty: The people were great. So caring and attentive, when they came in. However, I came in wet ; fell in some water / broke my ankle. I was pretty helpless to use a restroom, and freeeeezing. The AC was blasting cold !! They did bring some warm blankets, but it was a really long wait and torture to sit for so long, wet, cold, and without immediate relief. I know ER visits take time, but 4 hrs to get an x-ray, splint wrap and prescription seemed like too LONG - especially when wet, cold and waiting forever for help to happen.

5 /5 ANN MOORE: The entire staff was so kind and thoughtful in caring for my husband. He was assisted very quickly after arriving. We will be using Advent Health for our healthcare needs from now! Thank you!

5 /5 Marlene Woolcott: I had an excellent experience at Advent Health. I was taken by ER staff before I even finished registering at front desk. All nurses and doctors were efficient and prompt, very professional and friendly. I wish to extend my deepest thanks for what they did for me. I was very thankful and quick to tell everyone once I returned home how amazed I was. Thank you so much!!!

2 /5 Brenda McCarthy: Excellent care, extremely poor security did not feel safe. No checkpoint at entrance, 1 security guard came in my private room 90 minutes after I arrived to search my possessions. This is way too late, and goes against privacy of the patient being treated. Puts staff and patients at risk!
