1 /5 Marlon Wilderman: I got my upper plates done at Aspen in September of 2024. Had a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable in their job details and made you feel comfortable and cared for. Fast forward a little less than 6 months later, and I go back to have my one free line of my upper plate done, and everythings just chaos in it in that office. First of all, they have a new system thats just not working or functioning properly for them. It just made everything with check in chaotic, i was told i owed money, when I know that i didnt and showed them proof that with a paid in full receipt. When I got back and was talking with the dentist, I felt like he kept pushing me to purchase dental implants and kept talking about making my decision to sign the paperwork to get the ball rolling. I had had enough by then and politely explained to him that that was not what I was there for and told him I was there for a realign of my upper plate. I was then told that I was scheduled for a consult for my bottom plate. When I explained it was for a releign, he asked me where I had my dentures done and how long ago. I was shocked by these questions for the simple fact, if I just paid your company almost 14 grand for a procedure like dentures, I damn well should be in your system. But they had nothing. I then asked the Dr if I was still going to still be able to get my releign today and I was told probably not, because you are only scheduled for a consult. By then I had had enough. I wasted 3 hrs I could have been at work just to be told that I couldnt even get what I came there to get? And in all honesty, that procedure wouldnt have taken much longer than the consult. I feel like they did it on purpose to be able to charge my insurance company for not needed x-rays and a consult I did not need, want, nor ask for at this present point in the juncture. I felt pushed, prodded, and like my opinion didnt matter regarding my procedure. And then to be told I couldnt get the thing I came in for? What happened to "The customer is always right" and doing whatever it takes to make things right when you are in the wrong? I really am considering another dentist to do my bottom plate. This experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth
