5 /5 Sylvia Rhoden: The mini dental implant was quite an experience. Although there were some adjustments that made the procedure longer, Dr Harvey & Assistant Zizi ( sorry if misspelled) were very professional, kind, patient, and diligent to complete the procedure well. Dr Harvey even made a personal follow up call to check on me. That shows concern & compassion for his patients. I would recommend the office staff notify the patients before day of procedure of payment method. I was embarrassed & upset that I had to call my financial institution to get approval of the payment amount when I showed up for the appointment, ready to pay, after my card was declined. That call made a 30 minute delay in my procedure. I am sure De Harvey & staff were not too happy about that, although they were very kind about the delay. Supposedly having to call to get approval is a somewhat common event according to office staff. I realize an individual should know what the daily amount of debit purchases are, but I did not know. Obviously others do not know this either.
An update on dental work done as of May 08, 2025:
On May 08 the dental implant had its permanent crown seated. It looks great ! The tooth beside it had to have its crown reseated as it had fallen off. Dr Harvey & Amber did a fantastic job of doing needed dental work, making my smiles look nicer and chewing foods better. Thank you, Aspire Dental!
