    Richard Williams: Mr. Val and staff have always provided exceptional customer service, and most importantly, demonstrated professional service skills to my vehicles. His work and expertise in the auto-mechanic industry are A-1 and top-notch. His service prices are affordable, where hes just an honest guy, in my humble opinion. He has serviced my mothers cars, as well as my late fathers vehicles. Weve never had any complaints. Even if our vehicles have to remain in his care for a few days, he provides full servicing to ensure our vehicles are in perfect working condition to operate on road ways. Weve rarely had to return due to errors and or faulty repairs. That is, when he repairs them on the first go round, were "good to go." So far, so good. Overall, thanks again Mr. Val and staff for always taking the time out of your busy schedules to work with us, in order to maintain the health and upkeep of our motor vehicles.     Trudie Picknell: I called for a few parts. Then after that, he hung up on me. So I believe they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. If you do business like that, you dont belong in Dixie County. Go to Dixie auto salvage or gator auto salvage for better service. I hate it that cross City cars and parts sold to these people. Because they are rude and inconsiderate. And I wish they were still here.

    Jeff Charles: These guys have done great work for me in the past, so I called again for the same quality service. I was helped by Bill, who was the most unhelpful, disrespectful, flippant person that Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Got a $340 quote over the phone, three seperate times over the past year or so, always the same. I made an appointment for this morning, got there 1/2 hour early with quoted cash in hand, and Bill did all the lookup over again on the fix and casually informed me it would be $440. Within 5 minutes, after having to start over from scratch, Bill lost my business and destroyed my trust in their work. I wont be back. I drove 50 miles one way for this because I havent found any mechanics I can trust within a 50 mile radius of home. I should charge these guys my own $125/hour shop rate for the two hours I spent this morning traveling there and back. Up until this point, I couldnt recommend a better shop to anyone. Fool me once, shame on you.

    Shultsy Vlogs: By far the worst shop experience I’ve EVER HAD!!!! I brought my truck there and they made me wait 2 weeks just to tell me I needed an entire new engine which was not true at all and would’ve costed me another $10,000 min. I brought it too another shop and they had my problem figured out in a week(it wasn’t my engine). The guy was mean to me on the phone terrible customer service, they had no knowledge on how to fix my truck and they lied straight through there teeth to me. By far the worst shop I’ve ever been to

    Wendy Waters: It’s rare that I can go to any place of business and feel comfortable immediately with the service I suspect I’m going to get. This place was one of those and it lived up to my expectations. They were friendly, explained what needed to be done and sent me an estimate to approve the work and did great work in my car. Will definitely come back.
