1 /5 Melissa Medina: My chart is probably a mile long here. I cant make it fast enough to a teaching hospital to get proper care because everything is so far. For billing like a regular hospital, the least that can be provided is better answers. The nurses are always so friendly but they look overwhelmed with the amount of work they have. My last visit we also ran into the blood pressure cuff shortage and had seen this only after I got up to use the restroom, it had already been on my arm. Alot of work needed to improve the care for the changing demographic, were not in old Naples anymore.

Molly, you were extra special—your kindness and encouragement made such a difference in my experience. Rachel, Ann, Nichole, and Anna, your thoughtfulness and expertise were truly comforting during this life-changing moment. Each of you displayed such genuine care, helping to ease my worries and creating a warm, supportive environment. I feel extremely grateful to have had such an exceptional team by my side.

A special shout out to Rose, the lead delivery nurse that kept us calm throughout the whole process. Also to Alma, the post delivery nurse who is an absolute gem. Thank you to everyone there!

2 /5 D Cermak: I have been to worse, but in general I would avoid this hospital if at all possible. It is old and dirty. My 92 year-old mother is currently being treated there. There are a few very nice nurses, but in general I find the staff to be rude and not very empathetic to the elderly. My mothers room is dirty with dirty bed linens sitting on the floor all day that have not been picked up. Nurses never come quickly when the call button is pushed, even though you can hear them talking all day at the nurses station. She rarely gets offered help to get in/out of bed, take a shower or even brush her teeth. I would assume the ICU gets more attention, but the general rooms leave a really bad taste in my mouth for this hospital. The only highlight was the emergency room when my mom was admitted. They were very responsive and professional.

VAVA Clinic - Naples Charnelle Ruiz: Love the team at the Vava Clinic! From the office to the clinical staff, they are kind and easy to work with. Dr.Lisa Shapiro is engaged, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Secretly, I don’t want to share how much we love Dr.Shapiro and her team for fear that she will be difficult to make appointments with.

Emily Essert, DO - NCH Medical Group - Naples Becky Palmer: Although my primary doctor has changed a few times , I’ve been w/ this same medical group for a very long time. The staff that I have dealt w/ all these years continues to LISTEN w/ compassion, provides excellent referrals when needed. And I receive timely responses when I ask a question through the patient portal. Even though they moved their offices further away from my home, I did not hesitate to stay w/ this group.

Collier Urgent Care - Creekside Corners - Naples Will Farrell: I unfortunately use call your urgent care two times in the past year. My first experience was December 2023. I had insurance and I was forced to self-pay and it took me four months to get my money back from them. I unfortunately had to use them again in May 20 24 and again was forced to co-pay, even though I had insurance that they accepted. We are now in October 20 24 and I’m still waiting for my money back. They bill my insurance company and kept the insurance companies money as well as mine. I’ve contacted their customer service at least a dozen times and I’m continually being told that it’s in process . The care at Collier urgent care was satisfactory, but their back office and billing needs a lot of improvement.

Internal Medicine Partners - Naples Deborah Ramos: My husband is under the care of Dr Ralph Rodriguez and we are so thankful for his care, professionalism and high standard of care. His office staff is also highly professional in handling calls, questions and expediting what is needed. In my opinion, this doctor and his office staff should train the local medical offices around here.

Naples Direct Medical - Naples Max Pollock: Extremely knowledgeable doctor, clean office environment, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Collier Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery - Naples Nancy A Turner: Dr. Steven Bello has been treating me for several years. His office is run efficiently and the staff is polite and competent. Dr. Bello enters the room for each office visit with a warm handshake and he takes as much time as I need to address the issue. He is persistent about working to find a remedy if one approach is not working. He is thoughtful and has a great depth of knowledge. I trust his expertise and I appreciate his sincere care for his patients.

Shirlynn Althea Chu, MD - Naples Ben J. Santosuosso: Dr. Chu is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and listens to you. She explain things to you. She takes a real interest in her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

Redi-Med Walk-In Medical Clinic - Naples Brenda Desrocher: I walk in and the girl at the front desk is eating chips and seemed upset that I was there. I had a fine experience with the nurse practitioner and was quickly diagnosed and sent on my way. I went to check out and had to wait while the girl at the desk was eating her bagel and had no time for me. I get a call from the pharmacy that the prescription I needed was out of stock. It was my antibiotic and I needed it right away. I called the urgent care center to see if they could help find another pharmacy and they seemed upset that I would bother them with this. She couldn’t keep calling in prescription for me. Hopefully everyone was just having a bad day and they don’t always act this way.

Ashley Tunkle, MD - Naples Alice Gallahue: I have been a patient of Dr Tunkle since I became a snowbird almost 20 years ago. She has always treated me with kindness and will sit and listen and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend her.
