1 /5 Will Farrell: I unfortunately use call your urgent care two times in the past year. My first experience was December 2023. I had insurance and I was forced to self-pay and it took me four months to get my money back from them. I unfortunately had to use them again in May 20 24 and again was forced to co-pay, even though I had insurance that they accepted. We are now in October 20 24 and I’m still waiting for my money back. They bill my insurance company and kept the insurance companies money as well as mine. I’ve contacted their customer service at least a dozen times and I’m continually being told that it’s in process . The care at Collier urgent care was satisfactory, but their back office and billing needs a lot of improvement.
