5 /5 CreativeWEB: Let me tell you something about Avenue Garage and, in particular, the customer service received by them on my recent visit to their shop to get SL fixed. I have a 2006 Mercedes. SL55 AMG, which had a big issue with the ABC hydraulic system and pump, which was leaking. A notoriously difficult and complicated repair to do, only a specialist is advised to undertake such a repair...The ABC system in these cars are highly advamced and complicated and so a specialist shop amd mechanic is needed to even tackle a hydraulics system that the 55 AMG possesses. I bought my car in, and they expertly fixed the leaking pump. But afterward, there was another issue. Some other elements related to the abc system failed, and they fixed and corrected these additional elements with no issues at all. Jason is my representative at Avenue Garage, and the level of service and professionalism I have received from him is outstanding. If you have a high-performance vehicle that has a complicated issue, think no further, then bringing it to Avenue Garage. These guys, these mechanics, these service agents are amongst the best Ive ever seen in the business, and Ive owned several high-end vehicles. I will only bring my cars to Avenue. Garage moving forward, very happy with the service Ive received. A big thank you goes out to jason for all your assistance and knowledge on getting my car back on top. With his knowledge and high quality customer service skills, I would recommend working with him when you have questions or concerns. He is very transparent and fair with all of his customers.

1 /5 Brittany Schrink: I had the worst experience with Avenue Garage, and I cannot stress enough how much I regret bringing my car here. It started when they quoted me $2,000 to fix my car. I picked it up after the initial repair, and within moments of driving off, the car started overheating. I returned, and they told me it would be another $2,000 to fix something else. I paid it- again and decided to give them another chance, picked up the car again, and guess what? It overheated once more as soon as I left the shop. I brought it back a third time, only for them to tell me I needed a whole new engine, at a cost of $8,000. Which is insanely overpriced. By this point, I had completely lost trust in them, so I left the car there for a few days and eventually posted it for sale online because i had no other choice. It barely drove without overheating. The car itself was worth only 7k. When I came back to pick it up, I found that they had torn apart the dash to get a part number for another vehicle. They didn’t even bother to tell me about it. I watched them drive my car into the garage to put it back together but i had my kids with me and they were getting impatient after sitting for 30 mins in the car so we left. The next day, I brought a buyer to finalize the sale, and now the car wouldn’t even start after it just ran the day prior when they unnecessarily drove it into the garage to put the dash back together. The buyer left after being furious it didn’t start after i told them it did. I eventually found a buyer to take the car for $1900 when it was worth so much for than that and i was $4000 in at the shop. I asked the guy to message me after he fixed the vehicle and tell me what was wrong with it. He told me it was a plug that needed to be secured – nothing related to the engine, just incompetence and poor work on Avenue Garage’s part. This place should be embarrassed about the services they’re offering. The staff was completely rude to me as well. Super unprofessional, dishonest, and overpriced. I will never return, and I highly recommend you avoid this place and never take anything here. This shop cost me to lose $4000 on their crappy work, and sell my $7000 vehicle for $1900. Taking a total loss of $9000!!! The person who bought it off me turned around and sold it and made a huge profit. NEVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE AND DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.

5 /5 Charlie McIntyre: Avenue is renowned for their expert care & maintenance of European vehicles. They do a fabulous job on all the maintenance of my wife’s late model Porshe. An unknown fact is that they also do other work. They installed a heavy duty bumper with winch and cutoff switch on my 1-Ton pickup. The work was perfect. John and the front office kept me up to date. Kyle handled the actual install, which was done flawlessly. Price was very reasonable and the quality is unmatched on any repair / maintenance work I have experienced.

5 /5 Norma Mobley: I wanted to personally thank Steven @ Avenue Garage in Port Charlotte working with my movers C&F movers. They saved me, for what could have been, a blow out ! If the guys had moved the car just 4 more inches more into the truck , we would not have seen the tear. C&F movers came & loaded all my stuff to move me out of state. They noticed when they loaded my car, that I had a big gash in my R. rear tire. Frank spoke with Steven & arranged to drive his fully loaded truck , with my car in it, to his shop. Steven ordered & installed a new tire. The service was very thoughtful on both businesses. Excellent customer service. Please consider C&F Movers for your transit, & Avenue Garage for all things automotive.
