  • HCA Florida Panama City Emergency - Panama City Cheyanne Kauffman: Was a great visit. Got my father in law rite in. The nurses were very professional and sweet. And his dr was so great. Very friendly made us feel welcome n very comfortable. And did everything to get to the bottom of my dads problem, then called the next day to set up his appointment with his surgeon.
Ascension Bay - Panama City Karen Robertson: We had to have my Mom (90 years old) taken by ambulance due to a serious stroke. The ER staff took good care of her and us, providing as much information as they could as soon as they could. Once they were able to get her in the ICU, that staff took over and also took excellent care of all of us. We especially appreciated the communication provided by the lead Dr. in the ICU. (Im sorry I dont remember her name.) Once it became clear that my Mom would never be able to walk, eat or swallow on her own again, we asked her if she wanted to go to Hospice. (She had always made it clear that she would not want to live a life with so many limitations.) When she said yes thats what she wanted, the ICU night nurse (DJ), immediately contacted the lead doctor and they made arrangements to put her on "comfort care" until Hospice was available. During the 30? minute wait for medication change orders, we were able to tell our mother how very much we loved her and she was able to communicate the same to us. The staff was so respectful of her choice and our support of her choice. They made a very hard time as easy as possible and we are grateful for their care! My mom was able to pass comfortably in her sleep the next day. Again, the staff allowed us time to grieve in the room with her and even brought a bereavement cart with tea, coffee and cookies.
Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center Plaza 2 - Panama City Draco Don: The slowest hospital ever if you dying don’t go there cause you gonna be dead by the time they ready for you
Ascension Sacred Heart Emergency Care and Trauma Center - Bay - Panama City Malcolm Jester: I was there on March 12, all the staff were absolutely amazing! From the triage nurses to my personal nurse and the doctors, as well as all the staff that did my scans after my motorcycle accident. All of the people working in this facility care so much for the people coming in! This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any ER, And although I do, hope it is my last Visit, if I ever have to go to an emergency room again, I will come back to Bay. No questions asked!
Gulf Coast Regional Medical Care – Panama City - Panama City Robert Carroll: We greatly appreciate the care my elderly mother-in-law received when visiting recently. Heidi Barr was extremely knowledgeable regarding her geriatric needs and was very thorough in her care. The nurse was caring and treated her with dignity and the staff was so helpful in getting her inside and making her feel comfortable. We were there at the end of the day when we knew they were ready to go home but they went above and beyond for us, we got the answers we needed, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend Seawind, as always.
Nations Best Family Health Care - Panama City Heather Wright: Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!
Ascension Sacred Heart Emergency Care - Panama City Beach - Panama City Beach Sarah Emery: I cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Shannon, who took care of my two-year-old in the ER. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and professionalism immediately put both of us at ease. She was so gentle and patient with my little one, making sure to explain everything in a way that was calming and understandable, even when my child was scared and upset. Nurse Shannon’s compassion shone through in every interaction, whether she was explaining the process of the exam or simply offering a reassuring smile. She made an otherwise stressful experience feel much more manageable and showed incredible skill in handling my child’s needs with both expertise and empathy. I truly felt that my child was in the best hands, and I am so thankful for her care. She is an outstanding nurse, who was dedication to providing exceptional care in such a compassionate way. Thank you, Nurse Shannon, for making a challenging day so much easier for us!
Gulf Coast Medical Center - Panama City Karen Knox: They are completely incompetent and inept. They do NOT take medical history into consideration when prescribing meds and treatment. They will cause permanent damage and/or death. When you confront them or call them out for their negligence, they meet you with gaslighting. I cannot stress this enough. Get out of bay county if you actually want to survive. For sure do NOT trust them if you have chronic illness and are on an emergency.
Select Specialty Hospital - Panama City - Panama City James Dunham: I have had mostly positive experiences working with the Staff at this hospital. Especially a lady named Monique. She has consistently displayed a bright and cheer full attitude toward me, who may not have deserved that level of professional . While there are some good things about most staff MONIQUE has been the flower
HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital Emergency Room - Panama City Jessica G: Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.
