It started with an initial consultation, a blood work order, and a follow-up appointment scheduled two weeks later. I was promised referrals within that two-week window, but what I got instead was radio silence. No calls, no referrals, no follow-up about the blood work—nothing. I had to take the initiative and reschedule myself. For this rescheduled appointment, I diligently went to complete my blood work exactly as instructed. Imagine my frustration when, upon arrival the next day, I was casually told the provider had "no basis" to see me. No explanation, no apology, just a dismissive "no basis." A simple phone call could have prevented this entire debacle. The fact that Crystal the Physician couldnt even extend that basic courtesy speaks volumes. This isnt just inconvenient; its a complete lack of respect, but moreover I am patient, this is not the care in which I thought I’d be receiving.
