She was very caring and receptive to my concerns on my sensitive teeth. She was gentle as she could possibly be but kept checking in on me. She took the time to thoroughly explain answers to my questions. From my experience at other companies you dont always find the staff to be caring. Thank you, Ashley!

5 /5 Cassie Vaughn: I do not think I’ve ever liked a dentist before Baldwin dental. All staff is kind and easy to talk to. The system they have works, no flaws. From check in to appointment to checkout it’s all a breeze. I never wait longer than five minutes for an appointment and feel as though my time is valued when I’m there. Very professional in all aspects. My dentist is very empathetic and explains everything in detail with you. Explains options and lets you choose your next steps versus telling you what comes next. Dr.P is by far the best dentist I have ever had . I appreciate her honesty, knowledge, and kindness during our visits.

While being given a numbing shot I felt a light tapping on my shoulder which took my mind off the shot. It was unbelievable how effective this tactic worked. Just a good all around visit. Amber Paulk: They don’t deserve a star. For them to say that they care about kids is a lie. I took my son in for a routine visit, the nurse came out when they finished and said that my child has four cavities and that the front will schedule, when I went to schedule I asked if they could do the fillings all in one visit or can they break up into two since my child was getting braces in a month I figured that would be enough time. Nope the front office lady said that they were six weeks out and that they could only schedule one procedure at a time, ok but when I asked about scheduling for the fillings she couldn’t do it. So you expect my child to walk around with cavities and possibly destroy the gums in the making. But they care/ also wanted to add that found a dentist that will do ALL fillings on ONE DAY!!! THANKS FOR BEING ALL THAT YOU DO!! ALSO YOU ARE VIOLATING HIPPA, THIS IS NOT THE OWNER THAT RESPONDS ITS THE FRONT LADY!

Bill Godwin: Please pick another dentist. The receptionist is a horrible person. I contacted them about changing insurance. The person I spoke with told me I had an outstanding balance of $45. I was just there less than 2 weeks ago and spent over $300. I thought I asked her a pretty simple question in reference to the amount I spent. This cost of $300 was with dental insurance and all they could tell me is the insurance doesnt cover any of the procedures. Apparently dental cleaning either. The billing personnel have no idea what theyre doing. When I asked a question about the procedures when they charge me $300 was to pick up a book with the codes thumb through it and look at me like Im mentally challenged. Clueless!!!!!!
