5 /5 Nicole Bryant: I truly appreciated the care and concern they showed to me and my family during our visit. The process was seamless, the facility was clean, the nurses (especially Ana) and the doctors demonstrated impeccable bedside manner, my questions were answered in great detail, they were prompt and efficient, and I was treated with the best of care.

5 /5 Jay Allen: Everyone I spoke with and interacted with were very courteous and friendly. The techs that performed my diagnostic procedures explained to me what was going to take place and what to expect. Any questions that I did have were answered and they made sure that I understood and was satisfied. Thank you all very much for making this an easy and enjoyable experience. 2 /5 A F: True doctors are lacking at many hospitals in Miami. Had an okay experience at this hospital but not happy with the bedside manner of nurse Estrada. Felt I was treated like cattle. And his negative outlook on things made me even more nervous that when I went in. Hospitals need to make sure that they supervise their medical personnel and listen to the reviews online so that they can keep a rather clean and professional house as far as doctors and nurses is concerned. That would really make a difference in the life of a patient.

5 /5 Iran Sanchez: This hospital deserves a 5 stars review. “I hate hospitals; you arrive with pain and are attended to hours later. I’m sorry, but that has been my experience. They don’t treat you with empathy, and you don’t feel good about having chosen that hospital to handle your emergency. This is not the case with Baptist Hospital Doral… in this hospital, I was attended to immediately upon arrival by an incredible, professional, and dedicated staff. Just talking to the receptionists already starts to make you feel better. A clean, organized hospital where the care from all its members is 5 stars. A gem in Doral. From today, my favorite hospital… thanks to everyone who attended to me, everyone… you all deserve a salary increase because you make such a difference compared to other hospitals. I hope this review at least gives back a little of the excellent care I received. Keep it up… blessings to everyone, from the reception team (information) to the nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors who attended to me, not forgetting the lab technicians, ultrasound staff, and CT scan personnel. 1 /5 cristhian cano: If you’d like your insurance to be charged. Time wasted. And told there’s no way you’re feeling the symptoms you’re feeling. Come here. Your “doctors” are hard headed. New information on medicine is out every other month now. If you’re gonna stay stuck on something you studied 30+ years ago. Quit. You are doing more harm than good. The older Hispanic dude with the glasses. You are incompetent and should not be attending anyone.
