Although the hospital is a 30-minute drive from my home, I initially chose it based on the availability of an appointment that suited my schedule. However, after my experience, I would choose this facility again—even if a closer option were available. The staff was exceptionally caring. Although I experienced no wait time, they made sure to courteously explain any perceived delays in processing my paperwork, my procedure, or any other aspect of my visit. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. I am beyond extremely satisfied. Great job!

5 /5 Shelly Hallums: From beginning to end I felt at ease. The entire staff that tended to me was incredibly nice for six oclock am! Lol but seriously they were all nice, informative and genuine. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very professional and caring group.

Everything was handled promptly, and I received my test results much quicker than expected. Highly recommend their services! A huge plus was that February is ‘American Heart Month’ so my screaning was discounted to $49- Can’t beat that for peace of mind.

Becareful with individuals at front desk and your personal information. Doctor Giselle hernandez was there. Hmm. Security threatening but stepped back after I put doctor on speaker and left her know they had intentions of throwing me out of hospital after I heard my mothers doctor Giselle hernandez didnt exist. Took pictures but they stepped back after let doctor Giselle hernandez know I was Democrat under Joe Biden and kamala Harris. Gave Democrat number.

University Of Miami Hospital - Miami Erik Carney: I can not say enough nice things about the people I interacted with at this hospital. They were patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Also, the hospital itself is top notch. I just had a surgery there on Friday and my experience was phenomenal! From the check in through the checkout I was amazed at how wonderful these people are. I am so grateful that I am no longer in pain and if I ever need hospital services again I will be going to Jackson memorial. Thank you all for your kindness and support!!

UHealth Tower - Miami Danielle Wright: I was referred here to the vascular team to address some cysts i had near arteries that prevented me from even being able to drive. My surgery was successful. The entire staff was amazing. I had to stay in the hospital for 2 days. The entire staff was extremely caring and attentive. They constantly have called and checked in on me and been very responsive to all my concerns.

Hialeah Hospital - Hialeah Clarilin Padilla: Horrible Experience – Negligence and Mistreatment at Hialeah Hospital If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. My sister went to Hialeah Hospital in a severely compromised state—she was extremely dehydrated, unable to walk, struggling to breathe, and experiencing severe cramps, vomiting, and dizziness. Instead of prioritizing her urgent medical needs, the staff immediately began questioning her about drug use, forcing her to take a urine test despite her clear symptoms of dehydration and stomach flu. They then falsely accused her of cannabis abuse, even though she had not used cannabis in over three weeks. Rather than focusing on treating her obvious dehydration, they left her in a hallway for an extended period because the hospital rooms supposedly had no air conditioning—an absolutely unacceptable and unsafe environment for a medical facility. Despite her deteriorating condition, they refused to administer IV fluids for an unnecessarily long time, leaving her barely conscious and unable to hold a conversation. She repeatedly begged for medical attention before they finally gave her an IV, which immediately improved her condition—proving that dehydration was the real issue all along. This hospital is an absolute disgrace. Their negligence, lack of compassion, and failure to provide immediate care to a patient in distress are appalling. The fact that they prioritized false accusations over proper treatment is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to corporate because no one should have to endure this kind of mistreatment when seeking medical help. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel at ease immediately. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood everything without feeling rushed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making my experience as stress-free as possible. When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous, but the surgical team was nothing short of exceptional. They introduced themselves, explained the procedure in detail, and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. The facilities themselves were immaculate, with a calming atmosphere that helped make my stay even more pleasant. The food was surprisingly good, and I appreciated the variety of options available. It was refreshing to have tasty meals that contributed to my overall comfort while recovering. Overall, my experience at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs campus was exceptional. The combination of outstanding medical care, a warm and welcoming environment, and a dedicated staff made my two-day stay as comfortable as possible. I left feeling not only physically better but also uplifted by the kindness I received. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of care.
