To the friendly staff at the hospital who made me feel welcome and loved. Their genuineness really shows! To the doctor who took his time and didnt rush me with his time. To the Nurse Navigators and Pharmacist who spoke to me on next steps. To the Security Guard who found my jacket which was locked in the cafeteria and retrieved it for me. To the Financial Support agent who made her side of the job look easy with my insurance paperwork. So impressed that now I know why they are No 1 in the country and the world!

5 /5 Michelle Radigan: Everyone here was kind and welcoming. Very short waits in the waiting area and exam room. The nurses were quick and efficient getting vitals and history. The surgeons and their nurses were attentive, informative, and respectful. My concerns were addressed in a straightforward way, without condescension. I am very happy with my care here.

1 /5 Matthew Capelli: Luckily Medicare covered the majority of the cost of infusion for my grandmother, however upon receiving the itemized breakdown of the visit I noticed how egregious the pricing is. This is a great example of how corrupt the medical industry is and why Medicare costs so much to tax payers. They charged 5x the average national cost for 60mg of Prolia to Medicare. Over $10k for a 20 minute visit and one shot. Just another example of a much larger issue in this country and the medical/pharmaceutical industry.

5 /5 Gods Love: I have had a lot of blood work from my PCP office. To Quest that does what they need to do for you. But the problem with Quest is that its like going into a back office in a warehouse. To have your blood work. Here at MD Anderson Baptist. The waiting area I find relaxing is not boxed in at all. You have to check in once you arrive at MD.A.B. Then you wait for your name to be called. A person calls your name and they welcome you and tell you what door youre to report to. The area is well lit with a large hallway. You get to the door and you go to sit on the bench like a chair where the Tech will be drawing your blood. The room even with its large window is private just for you and the tech. Very clean and after your blood is drawn. A cotton ball and flex bandage is applied. The Tech will tell you to have a good rest of your day. You tell the tech the same to them. And then you may ask where the door is to leave. For this was the first time for me to have blood drawn at Baptist MD Anderson. Thank You Gods Love aka E.J.
