Bojana Decker: I donât like to write bad reviews and itâs funny when people write âoh dont read the bad reviewsâ but the bad reviews are as important as the good reviews. And when you read a bad review that means that something happened to that person and itâs important and people should say something about it.
I understand that everyone loves this office but trust me they are not what everyone says they are âthe bestâ. I just called to make a same day appointment for my son and they told me both of my kids have been discharged from this office because they havenât been going to appointments. But we have been patients for only few months. Someone obviously doesnât know how to do their job. And on top of that the nurse on the phone HUNG UP (I mean how rude is that) on me because I wanted more explanation to why my kids donât have a doctor anymore. And when I called back they told me it was a misunderstanding and it was a mistake because again someone doesnât know how to do their job. So, no I would not recommend this place to anyone because this is not the first time something like this happened. Few months ago when I switched my kids to this office my son was sick and I called for same day appointment and they told me they canât see him because the paperwork for new patients is a lot so they didnât have the time for that. So maybe this will make you rethink if you want to read the bad reviews or not. And find yourself another place for your precious kids. I will not go back to this office even if they are last in town.
Tonya Gentry: Dr. Dial was extremely nice. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.
Terry Hill: Dr. DeCampos is absolutely a caring, logical and transparent doctor, who articulates her diagnosis through talking, and showing results of tests and her own examination findings. I feel heard and her answers to all of my concerns while properly diagnosing my issues have turned my life around. In addition, she has recommended other proper physicians for issues which need attention. In the course of conversations with others, Iâve also discovered she is held in high regard with others who she has seen as a patient. Dr. DeCampo is absolutely amazing and I can recommend her to anyone.
sean miller: The initial workers were great, zero criticisms, but my nurse practicioner did not give me a chance to speak, and didnt give me a chance to refuse a prescription for a drug that has not worked for me in the past. This has happened more than once, so Im going to stop using this clinic.
Diane Sykes: I was at Advent Hospital, Palm Coast for 2 days for a hip replacement. The hospital is beautiful and well kept. The staff, including my doctor, the techs and especially my nurses were wonderful, cheerful and helpful! Someone checked on me every hour, and if I rang my call button, someone was in there within minutes! I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
Who? What?: My mother had an emergency, she was screaming due to kidney pain, yet they wouldnât attend her. They told her to wait because there was 8 other people with appointments, even though none of them had an emergency. It is astonishing that they could see my mother in a wheelchair screaming in agony and do nothing. I donât blame the people up front but the managers and doctors. Itâs ridiculous that you call yourself professionals. I left and went to another hospital. Please if you are reading this avoid this place at all costs.
Tracy Fickert: I went to the ER on a Saturday morning. I was seen and triaged promptly. I was put in a room very quickly. Carolyn was my nurse and she was great! Dr. Cyr was fantastic. I was in and out in 4 hours which is very quick! All the staff was wonderful. I would go there again if need be.
