5 /5 Kristen Reynolds: The best experience we have had at a dentist. From the receptionists to the dental staff everyone was extremely kind and explained everything perfectly. We were in the waiting room no more than 5 minutes before they called us back. My son needed two root canals and they got us in next day for the first one. I am very pleased with the service my son received. Compared to other offices, their prices are very reasonable. My family and I will be a returning patients and I would highly recommend using them for all your dental needs!

5 /5 Donna Venesky: This was my second visit to BTDC, and this is a continuation of the rave review I left the first time. Dr. Norris and his Assistant Rachel, are talented, competent, caring and honest. I showed up with two broken teeth, was seen right away, was given a choice of what work was done and the front office went above and beyond to help with insurance. They even handled my never-ending questions gracefully. Got a crown, tooth extraction and a filling and guess what? No pain. Just make an appointment!

5 /5 Scott Alton: Great office, everyone from receptionist to the dentist are amazing. I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years and it needed a lot of work done, from general cleaning to a couple cracked, very painful teeth. The person I spoke to on the phone was great, they found an opening with half the wait any other offices had. They worked with my schedule and my insurance to get as much done as quickly and cheaply as possible. They developed a very sensible plan to get everything taken care of i needed. They were very honest and upfront about everything. Every person I encountered was amazing, the front desk and financial girls were always incredibly polite and friendly. The dental assistant and hygienist were both very efficient, friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. The dentist himself was also great, very quick and high quality work. He made sure to explain everything and keep me well informed so i knew what to expect. Also very careful about making sure I was properly numb. Overall a great team. They made my situation with all the work I needed done as stress free as possible. I very much appreciate everything they did for me and highly recommend them.

5 /5 Loree Hendry: I am so impressed by Bell Tower Dental! Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming, but the hygienist was very informative and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I went in for a second opinion after I was told by anther Dentist office that I needed a deep root cleaning for a fee of $3,800. Yesterday the hygienist took a full set of x-rays and told me I DID NOT need a deep root cleaning. I will never go to another dentist again. Honesty means everything!

5 /5 Julie: Recently I had a lower jaw infection and I was referred to Bell Tower dental. When I called to request a same day emergency visit, I was scheduled for an appointment within the hour! The location was very convenient as the office is located within a mile from where I live. I was very impressed by the warm and extremely friendly greetings from Monica and Maddie and I was waiting in the lobby for less than 5 minutes. Even though they were short staffed that day, they were kind enough to get me in right away and treated me wonderfully! George was very kind and helpful and Dr. Norris was very knowledgeable, kind and very caring. He took the time to explain things to me and didn’t treat me like just a number. I am grateful to Maddie for explaining, explaining and explaining again to me of my estimated cost for the dental work that I will be having done and she was amazingly patient of all of my questions and answering them with kindness and great knowledge! I am returning to their office for further dental work and I am grateful to Dr. Norris for giving me back a beautiful smile and confidence! This kind, friendly, wonderful and knowledgeable staff deserve 1003 stars and not just 5! You would be insane to entrust your dental care with anyone else other than Dr. Norris and his wonderful staff! Thank you so much Dr.Norris, Monica, Maddie and George for all of your kindness and amazing knowledge!
