2 /5 Peggy SlichterRoku: Ive had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Nash for over ten years, along with my kids. I was with Dr. Weglarz before she transitioned over and was amazing.
However, due to my recent job change and new insurance, I was informed that Dr. Nash is no longer a provider. I wanted to personally speak with Dr. Nash to inform her of my situation and request a recommendation for another dentist in her network. Unfortunately, the front desk staff refused to let me speak with Dr. Nash, either in person or over the phone. I found this experience to be highly disappointing, as it seemed to prioritize financial interests over patient relationships. I believe the front desk staff, particularly the two ladies I interacted with, could benefit from displaying more empathetic and caring attitudes, even if its just a courtesy. Their demeanor came across as cold and uncaring.
Thank you Dr. Nash and technicians for all your service for the past ten years plus. I wish I had the opportunity to speak with you in person, after all these years. However, I was denied that opportunity.
