1 /5 Lizbeth Macedo: By far the worst service I’ve ever received. My car was at this shop for an entire month due to their incompetence. I had to make three separate appointments just to get all the necessary work done because the first technician failed to properly document what needed to be serviced.
To make matters worse, trying to speak to a supervisor was a joke. They kept passing the phone around, avoiding any real accountability, and never actually connected me to a manager. The lack of communication and professionalism was beyond frustrating.
If you’re looking for reliable service and a shop that values your time, this is NOT the place to go. I won’t be returning.
