Turns out it was a five dollar part to fix the wipers They quickly fixed the issue And didn’t try to upsell me on some other issue with the car. Highly recommend

5 /5 Mz Kiki: I scheduled to drop my car off on Monday night to have work done on Tuesday. My work was completed on Tuesday by 3:00pm. Work consisted of replacing left and right CV axle and sway bar replacement on both sides as well. Mr. Thompson made this process as smooth as possible for me and the customer service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them and now they have a lifetime customer with me. He replaced the radiator in a parking lot after dark, refilled the coolant and had us on our way by 8:30pm. Price was fair for a roadside weekend at night major repair. Made it back to Jacksonville the next day with no issue.

I reluctantly left my vehicle with them, at 830am, as they told me theyd "try to work me in". They couldnt and I picked my vehicle up at the end of the day. No apology or concern on their part as I picked it up, just a "we couldnt get to it today" reply. Literally, the guy didnt care. Im not a regular there and wont be.
