2 /5 Basil B: Why did I just sit on the phone for 54 minutes, just so I can try and RESCHEDULE my appointment that isn’t due for more than two weeks? I called around 4:00, granted, less than an hour before close, but I figured since they were still OPEN, it would only take a couple of minutes, right? Yeah no, the receptionist asked for my name, and then immediately put me on hold all the way until close. I tend to be pretty patient, but that was straight up rude. If there was some kind of communication informing me that they could not address this issue today then I would have understood….shame.
