5 /5 Sea Star Motel: I have used Bill for as long as he has been in business, and recommend to all of my customers at our Motel in IRB. Bill actually came to my house before he was in business and diagnosed why my 1966 Shelby Cobra would not run about 16 years ago. Very honest and has saved us a lot on money, be sure to tip him as his prices are very reasonable.

5 /5 deb: complete auto has taken car of all our family cars for years. the owner does the work himself. he is a honest, very hard worker and a straight shooter. if he feels the work needs a the dealer he will tell you. but he will tell you before any work is done. he wont take your car apart and then tell you you need a dealer and then charge you on top. he has done work for us over the years on extremely minor things and never charged us. and then he has done major work and when we expected a several hundred dollars we were shocked at the bill of a just a few hundred. he is honest and will give you a estimate with out hesitation. and his estimate and the final cost are extremely close or less than what he said. getting a appointments are simple and convenient. he doesnt have weekend hours. but he makes up for that with all the hard work he does during the week. he is a neighborhood shop. and he is respected in the community. you couldnt find a more honest or talented mechanic. who will treat your vehicle like it was his own.

5 /5 Joe Westendorf: Awesome experience! While driving from Cincinnati to Indian Rocks Beach, my check engine light came on and the heat/air conditioning stopped working. Being out of town, I was worried a car shop would try to take advantage of me and tell me I needed numerous repairs. Bill looked over the car and gave me an honest opinion. Instead of telling me that everything needed to be fixed he told me just what I had to do for now. He explained everything thoroughly and got the car running great. Highly recommend this place!
