2 /5 Brad Loncar: I originally entered the trails at the Deep Creek Park entrance and, to be honest, really hated it there. In many areas the grass was tall (watch where you step) or deep sand. I also found the trail markings (many are posted on trees) to be a little confusing and I took a couple of wrong turns. After exploring for about an hour, I left and went to the primary entrance where the old campground is located. It was only slightly better. Also, there is nothing interesting to see, although I was on the main entrance area trails for only a short while. There is plenty of parking at the main entrance in front of the gate, btw, something I couldn’t tell with certainty from other reviews. In general, there are plenty of other good trails in the area to visit before this one.
